The nominations have closed now, which leaves us with these five: Andrea Leadsom, Michael Gove, Liam Fox, Theresa May and Stephen Crabb. These will be whittled down to two candidates by the ballot process - and then I get to vote.
It wasn't quite accurate once it got here. The tracking showed every detail of it's journey through 3 airports on USPS tracking, and then it got to the UK. It left Langley on 22nd, and then showed as 'delivered' on Monday ...it was actually delivered to our RM though who then sent their ransom card, and I got it on 28th!And i bet RM tracking didn't work on the parcel.
I posted an item from Chester to Manchester the other day 1st class signed for.
RM tracking did not recognise the number, however 17track showed it as being signed for at A-U-L SO.
I spoke to the receiver who said "Yes,i was red carded and picked it up this morning".
I wasn't surprised when he decided not to stand - that piece he wrote last Sunday alarmed me a lot, and I felt sure he'd try to please both sides and end up selling us down the river. His polling has been going badly since his Daily Telegraph piece earlier in the week which suggested that he might be softening on Brexit. Specifically he seems to have responded to Michael Gove throwing his hat into the ring. Perhaps we will never really know.
LF, MG & TM seem to have more experience in politics than the other 2, SC won't be liked because of his association with CARE and the LGBT problems. The nominations have closed now, which leaves us with these five: Andrea Leadsom, Michael Gove, Liam Fox, Theresa May and Stephen Crabb. No Not Me BobSigned for - the only tracking you get is A) when it is first posted B) when it is signed for by recipient - there is no tracking in between, only Special Delivery (£7+) gets full tracking from A to B. Ashton under Lyne eh!!!!! Something for our Tel? That's his Manor
Just got back from there though I haven't taken to Crabb ....call it intuition or whatever - he's all teeth and designer stubble! The nominations have closed now, which leaves us with these five: Andrea Leadsom, Michael Gove, Liam Fox, Theresa May and Stephen Crabb. It's really embarrassing to see him behave in that way. I did see it reported (news or newspaper website) that it's the unions pulling his strings, and that they've told him not to resign. In other political news...
What more can MPs do to show Jeremy Corbyn that he no longer has their support? If they were to stuff him in a sack and chuck him in the Thames he'd be complaining that it wasn't in the Party Constitution to do so. Has the man got no pride? Does he secretly want to smash Labour into tiny pieces?

I know little of Leadsome, but agree May was impressive, and we see a sense of humour too ...she had a snipe at Boris's water canon! For me it's now between Leadsome and May. Mrs May was very impressively direct today - Brexit means Brexit, no free movement of people etc.. I think that they'd both be good choices. Mr Gove, by protesting so frequently that he hasn't the qualities that a leader needs, has hung himself with his own rope imho..
Was about to suggest Dianne Abbott, but perhaps not, it's uncharitable.I've found a big sack but I'm looking for some heavy weights to go in it first...

I've found a big sack but I'm looking for some heavy weights to go in it first. Free movement of Jeremy into the Thames...![]()
Seriously though, he should be bloody ashamed of himself. I don`t see Labour getting over this mess quickly.PreciselyJeremy Corbyn and Diane Abbott in the sack together? Ah yes - the cycling trip to Germany!![]()

...bell, Corbyn in the well .....bit more discrete than the Thames!I understand that it is traditional to toll a bell for a death. We are currently witnessing the death of the Labour party, which now has to split imho.. Ding Dong!![]()
Yes, I like the way she refused permission for him to put it into action, another waste of taxpayers money by Boris on top of the stupidly expensive buses he bought for LondonI know little of Leadsome, but agree May was impressive, and we see a sense of humour too ...she had a snipe at Boris's water canon!![]()
