The Aspire NX30 looks quite nice - seems to be the same price everywhere, and no sign of it at FT as yet.
Not as though I actually need another though

It DOES look good. Looks as if you can do vv/vw with it, which is great. Nice chunky looking beastie. Bit expensive for the battery capacity - but that might just be me being tight. Still happy with my Evic vtwo mini and of course the handy little Pico - but I'm tempted.

I think higher prices is something we'll need to get used to ..unless the £ starts doing better again at some point.
FT's prices aren't so brilliant now, so even if they do get this mod, it'll probably be pretty close in price.
Do you still use the nautilus X ...good?

Funnily enough I dug it out again today and am using it right now on my evic. It works very well with the 1.8 ohm coils. It's neat and a top-filler which is handy. I haven't had a problem with the seals for it - which is just as well as I can't find spare seals on sale anywhere at the moment.
If you have a favourite drip tip it won't fit on here - it uses a small plastic sleeve that fits over the chimney (you can get spares of these). I'm using a 1.8 ohm coil at 8.5 watts (4.11 volts) right now which is well below the advised power level. I find that at 13w the chimney gets quite hot.

No referendum for them until ALL Brexit matters are finalised with the EU. We have bigger fish to fry and don't need Sturgeon trying to muddy the water. Why would she want to? She has a huge financial deficit to deal with - one big enough for the EU to think of her country as another Greece. The Spanish won't let them join the EU. So outside the UK and the EU - what would Scotland do? Very little when money pouring in from the rest of the UK suddenly dried up. And how popular would Scottish produce be over here if they won Indyref2? Shortbread doesn't have to come in a tartan tin.

I may try one of them - plus, I saw this adapter at Amazon.

Deliberate attempt to disrupt ...again!

Hope they get their independence and then the EU tell them to FO
Same here - and sad to think we should feel this way!

My sentiments exactly Bob !!
..and so we see how animosity and dislike grow. I never thought I'd see Scotland in such a light, but right now, the likes of her and her followers need to stop with their demands. They're alienating themselves yet seem totally unperturbed.
Seeing Theresa May had never actually said she'd trigger Article 50 today, but had actually said the end of March, I can't help wondering if whispers had reached No10, and she deliberately allowed that rumour regarding today to spread in the hope the little wretch would try to upstage what she thought was about to happen.
This way, she's made a noise, stamped her foot, and with luck will have nothing as diverting by the time article 50 is actually triggered.
To me Theresa May is a clever strategist.

I can't understand her blinkered attitude to reality, let alone the fact so many also seem blinkered to it! Hearing about their deficit on tonight's news, I could see a number of countries being against their admittance to the EU - and even the very process would take years surely. What will they use for money ...both physically and for financial stability? If they kept printing their own Scottish currency, would anyone across their border accept such currency!
Would they expect us to finance them until they had 'something better'? ...and once they fall flat on their posteriors, would they come cap in hand?

The adapter is very interesting - thanks for the link.

They have come cap in hand before. However, I doubt that we'd be taken in this time.

:) I was surprised to see it, but perhaps a lot of people, like me, thought the actual drip tip too wide.

They seem to get an awful lot from us. I do hope that after acting like a spoilt, angry child, she gets what she wants only when it suits us, and if people are stupid enough to vote for independence, they don't ever get any bailout from us.

The spiteful piece of work has now said she has more 'rights' because she was elected, and our PM wasn't ...I'd vote for ours any day!

I've had enough of the unpleasant side of politics this past year especially, to last the remainder of my life.
_______________________________________________________________________

Something fell into place only the other night ...because I don't know the details of all those in both houses.
The second amendment that the HOL came up with regarding a 'meaningful vote' rang a bell with me - I'd seen one small article a few weeks ago stating that Gina Miller was considering another court case to force a meaningful vote. Then heard no more about it.
When they announced the two amendments and used those words 'meaningful vote', of course it struck a chord, and I remarked "did this woman have ears in 'high places' "

Fast forward to the Lords debate, and one stating something about the lawyers reacting, and that there was one in particular sprang to mind, that he needn't name. I had no idea what he meant, but my husband did ask once about who the smug looking man on the benches was (I didn't initially know) Later found him to be Lord Pannick, and the one who'd brought the second amendment. Last day of the debate & vote....found him to be a QC for Gina Miller!!! I hadn't realised that!
It doesn't seem fair to have any representative of hers at the debate ...let alone allow him to put forward that amendment.

Can only be glad that things turned out as they did.

I got a Nautilus 2 (from UK E-Cig) today - changed the .7 coil to the 1.8 one and filled it, popped it on an iStick 40 at 7W and it was OK, but didn't taste too great at first.
Went to have lunch, came back, and it was gurgling. What vapour I did get was harsh on the throat too.
Changed the drip tip - no change. It occasionally showed 'low res', and as power was low, I put the tank on a K Box - 'low res', with or without an adapter, so wouldn't fire at all.

Tried it on an iPOW @7.5watts and used a narrower eMOW drip tip ..barely any vapour, so upped the wattage to 8.5 ...got vapour, but still gurgles. After a few minutes, I turned the wattage down to 8 - taste became better and the gurgles stopped.
I'm still getting the odd problem with it not firing ...must be a slightly short threaded connecter on these tanks.
Also, the drip tip gets a little hot if used fairly frequently, as does the tank.

I always found the original Nautilus mini to be troublesome with gurgling and slight leaking for a while right after refilling or changing the coil, and this looks to be similar, but with no leaking. Can't understand how some of the reviews are so good.

So far, using the Kilo White Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich that I'm used to, the taste is OK, but honestly better using an Evod with a SOCC 1.8 coil at 7W!

If by the end of the day, this tank is not showing any improvement, I'll cancel the still not despatched one at FT and get more SOCC coils!
I'm hoping the Nautilus X will be better.

Two Edits:
As I've refilled it, I find the coil comes away with the top when removing it for filling, and as a result, I have to unscrew it from the top, and screw it back onto the base of it - as a result, it doesn't mean your hands or the tank stays clean when refilling. Why this happens, I haven't a clue.

The other thing is, the gurgling. Going back to watch the Bob youtube review of it, I see his way of dealing with it at around 11mins 55seconds in.
I think I may have unwittingly done what he suggests when fiddling with it earlier today.

Apart from those things, it seems to be working OK for now! I've also found it works fine on a Coolfire with no 'low res' firing issues.

Dropped my evic vtwo mini today. Luckily the tank on top didn't smash - but the two magnets in the body of the mod popped out. They now stick to the removable sideplate. I've tried refitting them but the plate no longer seems to fit properly. Any ideas anyone?
A blob of superglue maybe ?
