FDA Final rule date?

Hi everyone, I believe this is my first post here so I would like to say hello! So... I was doing some research this morning on the final ruling of FDA regulstions on vaping and I came across this article:

FDA to Host Final Public Comment Workshop on E-cigarettes | RT

Towards the bottom of this piece it reads that "The FDA will accept comments through July 2, 2015." My question is, would this mean that the final rule will AT LEAST be after July 2nd? I am hoping so because I plan to order enough nicotine base to last me at least the next 16 years (in deep freeze). Anybody have any thoughts on this?

Date of Final Rule (which many think is coming up very soon, i.e. next couple months) is more like a 2 year warning to the industry to fall in line with the regulations. While it will be treated as very big deal for us forum types, it won't really change things drastically immediately.

Take this with a grain of salt, but I believe you'll be able to obtain nic base for at least another year.
