well we all know the answer, but thought I'd call them on the fact that they are more than happy to take information on problems, but apparently have no interest in good events. Maybe I'm tilting at windmill again, think I'll stick to sicking my senator on them with a freedom of information act demanding an answer to the rebuttal of that FDA study that pops up time you google ecigs.

Health care professionals and consumers may report serious adverse events (side
effects) or product quality problems with the use of e-cigarettes to the FDA's
MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program either online, by regular mail, fax or
phone.

Site does not offer any way to submit successful experiences with a product
(tobacco substitute/medical device). Is the FDA only interested in adverse
events and not the thousands of people who have improved their lives using
personal vaporizers. Given a choice between the assumed dangers of electronic
cigarettes vs traditional tobacco cigarettes, seems a no brainer. I understand
the FDA's position, but their actions do not appear to be in the public
interest. At least not any of the people using vaporizers to eliminate the
multitude of toxins they had previously regularly inhaled.

If such a web page or email address exists. Please reply with it and I will
pass it along to the community so the FDA can gain some insight into the
importance some people place on these simple substitutes for our deadly habit.

Man I've sent out a lot of emails lately. Their biggest problem is now that I dont have to hold a cigarette in my hand they are free to type at 100 wpm, so no stopping me now. I've got all day and a senator in my back pocket. :D

Are all the FDA employees sitting around looking at porn like their buddies at the IRS.
Latest updated link is their brief to the court everything else seems dated in 2009. Hard headed lot, that's their story and they are sticking to it.
