FDA gets hands slapped for TRYING to approve Plan B access to children

I found this rather interesting.

"The secretary of Health and Human Services overruled Wednesday a Food and Drug Administration recommendation that would have made the emergency contraceptive pill Plan B One-Step available over the counter to girls younger than 17."

The FDA would like to 'save our children' by offering them easy access to Plan B pill; but don't give a crap about the millions of smokers having an alternative to smoking

Destabilize the family and social morality of children, denormalize 'adult' pleasures such as smoking and drinking and make their users into social outcasts.

Not going to weigh in on the "Morning After Pill", but first time ever a President has overruled the FDA. Maybe he will do the same for the e-cig industry.
