In short, if nothing changes, in roughly two years there will be little to nothing available.

No new products can be introduced since 8/8/2016, without prior FDA approval.
All products currently on the market will need to be approved by 8/8/2018.
More changes to come.

So pretty much if this law is in effect that there will be no "vaping" left as far if box mods, tanks, and juice. And we r left with those suck ... vape pens made by blue .

We, that already have what we have, will continue to use the things that we bought prior to the regs. The feds will not be able to take these away from us.

What really sucks, those that are just finding vaping and those that might have been interested in vaping, will not be able to get these products that are more effective in getting smokers off of cigarettes. Unless they purchase them before the regs really take hold.

Then there most likely will be a 'black market'.

That is why you see all the 'Stocking up' threads around here.

This sucks because I just stared Vaping 2 years ago and I can't afford to stock pile stuff. Don't make enough with college and bills it outrageous. I keep at most 3 good size bottles of ejuice. And if HR 2850 is passed that means any product that is on the market now will stay for customers, right?

It means they will be exempt from the PMTA approval process. Which hopefully means they would be safe, but the FDA could propose other restrictions, like a ban on flavors.

I understand having a hard time stocking up. If you can though, nicotine base is fairly cheap, you can store it in the freezer, and you can learn how to DIY with it later.

That's insane just having vg pg and nic for juices. The UK has there head on straight and there government supports Vaping but ours says they want public Heath but once something good happens that want to smother it.

If you DIY you can make any flavor you like.

If you could afford to smoke you can afford a stockpile. Mine is 10 mods, 10 rda's, and 500,000 mg of nic. Total cost $650. That should hold me for 10 years. If the mods last 2 years each instead of 1 and if nic will keep longer than 10 years in the freezer I may have enough for 20 years. $650 is less than what it cost me to smoke for 3 months.

I'm pretty well loaded with 9 mods, 12 tanks and to be honest I feel I'd like a bit more for the collection but I have to first get all the DIY stuff I want/need
