Also what kind of batteries do I need? I don't want to be waiting on batteries, so I need to order them.

14500 batteries. I like these: Trustfire 14500 but they are out of stock - these also work well: Ultrafire but the trustfire seem to be just a bit better overall. If you dont have a charger already, this one is pretty good: Charger - this one is a couple bucks cheaper and has worked fine for me so far: Trustfire charger - but both pretty good for the money.

Still waiting for the epoxy to cure, but here is thehangdude's VC1!

But, I made it a VC1.1, added a slight tweak - will post more pics or a vid or something once the epoxy is set - but heres a few pics.
