I haven't been around here much anymore and no longer post at ECF (with the exclusion of this one which is too important to not attempt)... but this is a serious thread that is deserving a serious answer and I don't understand why so few have seriously helped.
These may be what you're looking for? E-liquid injected, long battery life serious mods complete with "how-to"s.
Designed with rounded corners for smaller hands... smooth feel good and look good tactile switches that will not burn out because of the incorporated protected circuit.... serious long lasting, high endurance mods to answer a serious question.

Agreed I'd still like to see more ideas floated, I really think it would sell well. I like the colors and the heart on the ver. 1 I am convinced that someone has an idea out there that you would look at and say "Now THAT is a mod for women" I am just not that practical lol 
No offense intended for dreams n chains ... but, I'm a guy, and those very NICE looking devices don't make me cringe, not even a little bit.
Those are just pretty painted boxes, so anybody with some skill could make a sexy mod.
Yes, a lot of the mods either look like tools, or some sort of sex toy.

all day vaping- most likely at least 800 mAh
I don't necessarily need to produce huge plumes of vapor, or anything like that. I currently have a Yeti 510, and I'm plenty happy with the vaping experience except those 2 issues
Take a look at lipstick tubes. Clinique, and Estee Lauder make some nice ones. You can buy brand new empty tubes online, but they're pretty easy to gut if you need to (just pull out the lipstick and remove the mechanism. Most hold a AA battery, but they are sized differently.
I think the LED's at the end look lame- JMHO- but they're weird.
Think perfume bottles, lipstick tubes, jewelry. If I were going for a high-end custom mod, I'd want something classic, goes with everything color like silver, gold, or black if I had to (although my Riva arrives on Monday, so I might be set on a black ecigarette). I like pink, but not for something this spendy.
If someone can figure out how to make a lipstick case mod- we could even supply our own tubes. There are some gorgeous vintage ones around if you look, but you'd have to be good at doing the mod because they're really expensive. I'd be happy with a Clinique tube.

Go look at Vapography.com. I just ordered some wraps and jewelry for my PVs. Actually they were shipped out very fast, got here fast, but i haven't been to the UPS store to pick them up.
Some of the mods around are really classy. The Reo Mini, for instance, and the very soon to be released Reo Grand are box mod, feeders, made from shiny and/or colored and/or brushed aluminum. But there are many more that are fine looking.
Also look up the Cherry Dream Drip tip. I use one on a carto. They are beautiful, very feminine in shape, and pretty swirly colors. They have a nice mouth feel also. I'm using one on a Roughstak and it really classes it up.

I thought we were talking mods, the inferno's are just rebranded egos, in red or silver.... If you're looking for standard ecigs with girly style, MistressNomad has done some cool stuff with nail stickers/paint, and jewels on the tips....
I think DNC has the 'girliest' MODS... Hearts and flowers and stuff cut with a hot hobby knife, and painted purple...
2nd would be the 'girlier' flashlight/tube MODS like Willy's showing off above...
I don't think anybody's trying to 'ignore' the female styled mods, it just so happens most modders are guys, and tend to make stuff that fits their own style... Keep giving us ideas (I like the lipstick tube idea, glass is harder to work with though)... and you'll see someone come up with something...

Well, they are nice looking PVs, they certainly don't make me cringe though. Red and silver are nice, neutral colors, but I've seen eGos in bright pink and purple, and those do make me cringe...
I think MistressNomad has done some really nice stuff with the nail stickers and jewels as far as modding existing PVs to make them 'girlier'...

All my pv's are either black, stainless (mods from SuperT, the Precise line) or Aluminum. I just kinda like the sleek look. Just my taste.
The P10 is very elegant while being understated. I can't stand LED's. I have gotten a couple nice wood mods-takes me back to the good ole days-if you will. Like going to what is called a "Gentleman's Restaurant".

Aaaah, that's the cool part. There's a mini hydrogen fuel cell in the base that actually adds water vapor into the equation. Of course the fission-fusion version will be the next upgrade.
