I'm with Afubar, who cares, it works the way i want, it can look like whatever it wants to look like. Said as I clean my "evil black rifle" after rattling off a couple hundred rounds at the range this morning. Also note that I bought a pink handheld GPS because it was on sale and pink was the only color left. Said GPS was painted camo upon arrival.

Nobody said that function wasn't important. But there's nothing wrong with wanting something that is both functional and appealing in a feminine kind of way. Much like men like a woman who can put on jeans and a sweat shirt and rebuild a carburetor yet still rock a pair of stilettos. Like I said, maybe it's a Mars/Venus think, maybe it's geographical (urban vs rural). It just doesn't seem that functional should have to mean rugged and masculine. And, for the record, it takes more than slapping a coat of pink paint on an empty toilet paper roll to make it feminine.

DATS WHAT IM TALKIN' BOUT PEOPLE

I have taken to putting nail polish on my poor egos to give them a bit of pizzazz. They turned out pretty, but I know you creative folks can do better.

Get with it. I got money I wanna spend.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL

Dark in da House

Am anxiously waiting for delivery of some vGos. When I saw Upinthehills post a pic that included a red wine vGo (along side a red ego and platinum mega-ego) , I became an obsessed crazy woman looking for that in that color and found it at Firstvapor! Supposed to have a 900 mAh batt and the button is diamond-cut. I have seen attys in that metallic wine red color as well, although you apparently can't see it on the vGo with the cone on. I kinda wish the drip tips came in that darker wine red to match but the red that I have seen is close enough I suppose.

I never initially cared either way about the PV appearance when I first started vaping other than it at least had to APPEAR to look like a regular cig. I tried to aim for batts in white so as not to cause an imagined ruckus when out in public vaping. However after 3 months and several upgrades later, I noticed that function AND form are growing on me and the cooler the form, the more curious folks are (in terms of trying it themselves)!

Have you seen the ones at Nhaler? I would think in all those there's a color to suit just about anybody. I don't really think the price is that bad, although the shipping kinda gets to me. It's hard to justify buying a $5 drip tip and spending $6 on shipping (unless that has changed). But if you get other stuff from there, it wouldn't be too bad.

True, but then it just ends up looking like this.
thats too funny!
I could always paint my AA mod in my avatar pink for you, would be like sucking on a strawberry ice cream sandwich with attached tail pipe! last forever too.
I like to mod, maybe I can come up something, but, I also like using bigger batteries too so it might be a little on the larger side. I can't stand waiting on the charger!

I think NHaler was one of the first places I tried for colors. I thought the swirlies were pretty wild, although I saw a few posts that mentioned that some were prone to cracking. I ended up ordering a couple anodized dark red ones from superT when I decided to order some stainless & delrin drip tips today (I just can't stop spending and I'm now barely breaking even with respect to buying cigs vs PVs and PV accessories)!

Pretty easy to do slap a coat of pink or purple paint on there and your done. Maybe even add some heart stickers or other girly things. About all you can do really is change the appearance men and woman vape pretty much the same way So mechanically speaking i don't see what could be done that would make it better for a woman. Although i just now had a thought! a Mod where when they suck down some vapor it puts a fresh coat of lipstick on at the same time. I could make millions , lol

Why not just buy skins? You can even have a custom one of any pic you send in. Make it as girly as you want it to be. I put my roses on mine, love them.

Refer to the photo I posted a couple pages ago; a picture is worth a thousand words. With the size and shape of most of the mods, putting skins, etc., just makes it look like a "trannie", a PV in drag, a cross-dressing tailpipe. And men don't have to buy one and butch it up, so why don't they come up with a mod that comes pre-feminized?

I am thinking of asking for either the gg slim or precise 10440 for Christmas. I think both of those are pretty. The only concern I have is the cost. I would hate to leave it somewhere or completely lose it. I saw the lazer in youtubecommercial's side by side comparison thread that is a lot cheaper. I may ask for that instead. It is small but just not as pretty as the other two :(
