I can see ordering prefab clapton wire on a spool, but not pre-wrapped coils. Twisted coils are super easy to make. Just seems like a way to sell $1 worth of wire for $10+ to me, but I guess it's useful for folks who can't/don't like to wrap their own coils.

I ordered 25 feet of clapton wire 34k / 24 N80 single core ($12.99 USD) from Lightning Vapes the same day. I plan on ordering more b/c I think making the coils are no biggie, but popping in the coils was easy.

Agreed. Plus its so zen using the drill to twist two wires together. In fact, I'd be happy if that were my job.

I'll probably have a mile if wire before I'm done and it does not bother me to have a few coils around that are ready for use.
