A good article. And the comments are ironing out any doubt about the effectiveness of ecigs (yes, I still use that term). This shows once again that it's (almost) over and out for the FUD articles we had to endure over the last couple of years. Leave it to the commenters.

There is a "tipping point" when the majority realizes BP and the FDA has been
lying to them all along. Shouldn't come as a big surprise to anyone in America
that "they" have been lied to ... Yet Again !!

My 2 cents:

Kids think what their parents do is stupid. Been that way since the beginning of time. Add that to the D.A.R.E. program in most schools, and I'd be willing to bet the number of new smokers goes down over the next 10 years.

That said, the kids that are going to smoke are going to smoke. If one of mine turns out to be one of them, I'd rather see them vape than smoke. No matter what they find that's bad about vaping -- IF they find anything -- there's no way it's going to be worse than the bad stuff in analogs.

That's very strange for a major newspaper to republish the same article (with slight changes) a month later.

I didn't save the text of the 8/18 USA Today article (only the weblink), so cannot tell what was changed.
