NY is almost as bad as CA in regulations. Fortunately we were able to get several nasty bills killed here in CA that were aimed at vaping, one of which would have killed internet sales. But, and this is a nasty but, they will try again next year. and the next and the next...
NY's proposed bans wouldn't actually affect me - no internet sale ban, just make it illegal to sell eliquid in the state. But, it would enrage me like no other for other vapers and for vaping as a whole.
They can try to stop us if they want. I think other counter cultures have proven that it's far more difficult than just passing legislation.
FDA (using SWAT teams) raiding Amish farms to detain individuals eating meats (raised on their own property) not treated according to FDA standards says they are not having any problem exercising their power.

This is the first I've hear of the final ten. Is there some sort of unofficial list somewhere? Maybe NT can incorporate a 2nd company and "subcontract" flavors beyond 10?
The non-SRs on the site now will continue to be part of the final 10, that's a given I think, and a few others will become non-SR

Like the H1N1 & Wakonda, I can mix it at 20% with CB or CLS and still really enjoy it!
A lot of what Clark is doing is unseen and unknown but I can say this with absolute certainty, he will do the best he can to take care of us! He will not willy nilly dump his business and run, his juice quality will not suffer, he will make sure we will have what we need to stay off cigs. The reason he has not disclosed the "plans" is because they are not needed yet. If/when they are he will make his announcement of the "plan(s)" with as much warning as he can give us. I trust Clark, I trust that he is fighting as hard for our smobriety as we are. No matter what comes he will fight to stay with us and future vapers to win the war against big everything that threatens us and our health. And if that means going to 10 flavors to survive I will back him completely.
Well said, Megan. I have complete trust in Clark that everything he's doing is to stay ahead of the curve and make sure that Nicoticket survives the FDA 'vapeocalypse'. I'm sure he knows things we don't know and while we may not (yet) understand why some changes are coming down the pipe, he has a much clearer 'road map' of the landscape than we do. Some of the changes he'll have to make won't be popular with everybody, but I have faith that they will be well-reasoned and in the best interests of both us and the continued existence of Nicoticket.
I couldn't agree with all the positive comments more. From the short time I've been around here I'm beyond impressed with the way this company and all it's people represent and stay involved. And as much as it pains me to say that these online orders probably aren't going to be allowed indefinitely, the result will be a pain and a bonus to the liquid makers. The ones with early mover advantage and the foresight to prepare as necessary will flourish beyond what is capable in the current situation. Those that are producing a standout product will see b&m, gas stations, party stores, etc WANTING their product and seeking it out.
From my very short term and limited view of the nicoticket company and family, it would seem to me, that is exactly what is being prepared for.
