Toronto, Canada,
The reason that there is no box is the same as the reason there is only a PDF manual and not a paper one. There is no reason to be wasteful and send someone a manual and box that are just going to get thrown away. It's just wasteful.

Much like some of the stuff from China, I could polish a turd and put it in a fancy box.....it's still a turd.
That would make for a great video review.

Chuckled to myself when the box arrived.

- Provari in bubble wrap
- Pila charger wrapped in its own, very fancy box like it was a gift from the heavens

I understand it is customary to name ones unit but i'm having difficulty determining its gender. I think it is harder to tell with a mini.

Mine are grrrls: Blemini Cricket and Bounce. They're tough cookies. The poor Vamo hadn't been here two weeks when he fell over and bumped one. Now he has a scuffed screen.

Just wondering why they didn't go all the way by not being so "wasteful" . Received a piece of paper with error codes on it with their website link to their online manual, received a yellow paper warning me about which type of battery to use and not to stack batteries. Received a plastic card explaining the loyalty program. Why not just stop wasting any more paper and plastic and have it all on their website? All these things add up.

Throwing cigarette butts out the window adds up. Including a business card with your order does not. I'm assuming you're joking here. However, I have ordered batteries from provape a lot in the past and those plastic loyality cards add up 'n seem pretty redundant. I'd rather they toss in a CASAA or ECF card instead.

I entered the ranks of the Provarinati two days ago by way of a black Mini.

As I recited the ancient incantation, the shipping container (delivered to my door on a flatbed rail car by the way) began to glow softly. A subsonic vibration, felt rather than heard, released the container's bindings.
The Mini and it's accompanying accessory items (including an ultra-compact toroidal fusion reactor..looks exactly like an AW 18350..I tell you the resemblance is uncanny) rose on their antigrav mounts and positioned themselves conveniently for first-use.

I completed the ceremony, doffed the requisite vestments, and settled in with a Sidewinder 4ml tank of Hurricane Vapor's Sunset Cavendish.

By the way..in the very unlikely event the reactors (did I mention there were two in the container?) require refueling, does anyone have a line on a reliable antimatter vendor? Mine are a bit dodgy..

You know something new2vaps, you could take this straight to the horses mouth and submit a help desk ticket. This will give you a perfect opportunity to check out how cool Provape's customer support staff are. Just phrase it exactly as you did in is thread and I'm pretty confident they'll give you some inside info as to why they choose to include (or not include) some things in orders as a business model.

Despite what I used to think, Provape isn't as large as I had imagined and in time you start to feel connections with the staff there. They are the kinda folks who will call you on the phone to walk you through a problem if you rather not read all the time.

I've asked them a question, very subjective, about a battery charger of theirs in reference to color changes on the indicator once (more like an observation than a question/problem) and they were quick to respond.

Don't ever be afraid to "bug" them just specify that you are new to all this and they'll understand. Service after the sale is one of the things that separate Provape from the pack, IMO.

RedhatPat, I honestly do not doubt their customer service or their product. Read so many reviews of great customer service and about the Provari which is why I bought one. I love my Provari, just wish I could have purchased it first instead of the other devices I have which are collecting dust. The box is really of no importance what so ever to be honest with you. If I knew that it didn't come with a box from the start I wouldn't have even posted it to begin with. I just got a newbie SHOCK when I opened my mail box, that's all

But yes, I love my Provari. My only regret is not spending the extra $20 and getting a colored Provari

Just curious, I was thinking about buying a Provaro Wrap. Anyone buy one? Do they stay stuck or do they tend to peal off after a while? Thank you

I fully understand your surprise that a high end device like your Provari didn't come in a box or flashy packaging.
We're so accustomed to equating the packing with the quality of product that it's almost unheard of to see any product without it. Heck even a Big Mac has it's very own little box :)

I do find Provape's stance on packaging refreshing though. It not only is cost effective and "green", but it also highlights that the product stands on its own without the need for packaging to "sell" you on the quality.
