To get the ring in place easier, I like to use a 306 drip tip to push the ring into place. Anything with a small enough diameter will work. It's just easier than using a screw driver. The middle ring makes filling much easier and has the perfect seal to allow good wicking but not restrict the wicks at all.

you talking about the small ring? or the one with the 2 holes?

The center o-ring. The one between the mouthpiece and the cup seal.

problem is you gotta pull it out each time to fill and put it back in, i'm gonna see if I can get the inner ring in easy enough when i need to clean it. the way I did it with the old clearomizer was I 'd put it in the tube first, then put the tube on and it would go into place, then I could pull it up slightly if it was too tight.

I assume, from some thread reading, there are supposed to be three (3) rubber pieces above the atty? Mouth piece, donut ring, and atty ring with wick slots? Mine only came with the mouth piece and atty ring.

Thought this was the new arrangement as to donut always seemed superfluous. I just flip over the atty ring flat side down and the mouth piece presses against is making a decent seal. Although, from the posts it seems the new donut ring may act as a better seat on the atty cup than the atty ring. Not having one I can't confirm.

from looking at 3, it looks like the quality control isn't super, at least for the rubber part that goes over the ceramic cup. 1 out of 3 has the slits cut correctly where the wick is. one has 1 slit of out 2 and the other has no slits. I also seem to be getting a lot more juice hits then with other ce2s, but I'll reserve judgement on that for now. all in all I'm pretty happy with these, no sucking juice out the bottom with the metal ones because you don't know when they are filled, they certainly aren't going to fall apart in my pocket like those first clearomizers.

and the best thing is you can just fill and smoke them, unlike those saphire things. no offense to anyone, but people who like those can't possibly be chain vapors

Agree on the ce2 and glad your liking them but I totaly disagree on the sapphire, i chain vape them for hours at a time and everyone that comes over is still using the same sapphires form a month ago and chain vape them like no tomorow.

All right, on this recommendation I'm ordering one/them or how the hell ever they come. JMHO

Cheers,

We are always having improvements done on the sapphire, I said this 100 times already, if the sapphire doesnt work like it should and gets dry and hard to take hits contact us and we will remedy it.

its thats simple.

By the way all exchanges and makeups anyone has been waiting on has been handled and emails will be out shortly.

I had same problem with juice hits, I just put a very small piece of carto filler in mine about 20 minutes ago and I havent had a juice hit since. I use the mouthpiece that came with it. I'll keep you updated.

which clearomizer are you talking about?? could you give the full name and from which vendor you purchased it from? Ive been researching on clearomizers and no one ever gives the full label of the specific clearomizer. there are r5s and other ce2 crappy ones. i heard theres a ce4 coming out? i guess that means that a ce3 is out already..are the ce3s better than the ce2 r5s? tyox.

not my experience at all. dryburn, get one good tank, then draw just gets tougher and tougher as likely the atomizer is flooding. dryburn again, get one good tank. these things, fill and smoke. I got these tuesday night. its now thursday morning. I've been through like eight tankfuls already. I think thats the total i've gotten through the sapphires since getting them.

its not bad but there seems to be a very fine line between juice hit and dry hit on these, a little more finniky than the older ones used to be it seems.
