which clearomizer are you talking about?? could you give the full name and from which vendor you purchased it from? Ive been researching on clearomizers and no one ever gives the full label of the specific clearomizer. there are r5s and other ce2 crappy ones. i heard theres a ce4 coming out? i guess that means that a ce3 is out already..are the ce3s better than the ce2 r5s? tyox.
It is the CE2 deluxe fluxomizer from Got Vapes @ gotvapes.com

P.S. on another note, I chain vape sitting here at the computer it seems after a bit the little piece of filter didn't help much on the juice hits.

any comments on the juice hits bad? no matter what I do, I usually end up with a little juice in the mouth. not like i'm sucking in juice or something, but its definatley noticeable. I can confirm im not crazy because with the other metal CE2 and clearomizers, a full cartridge would last 1 1/2 hours. and these are maybe a little over an hour because of the juice hits. 3 different ones all the same. seems better after they get lower. my feeling is the rubber cup seal over the cup isn't sealing the way it did on the others and juice is getting past. either that or the wick on these things are really sucking up the juice.

badkolo, I am pretty satisfied with the ultimates I got. I broke the ceramic cup on one pulling the inner ring to fluff the wick and flip it over (my own learning curve on that one). However 4 out of 5 would not fire till I fiddled with the bottom center connector. Have you had much problem with this? It did not deter me as I ordered 10 more in the xl size today. Just curious if this is common or not.

Ive had them stop working all of a sudden and then I unscrew and rescew and they work. Happened twice, thought it was just me

The wicking is probably still part of it though, as I filled four of them as high as right under the cup seal and left them standing upright in a tic tac container and there is juice in the bottom (only about 5-6 drops worth). After cleaning them off and using them for a bit there is no leaks. It has to be that they wicked up enough to fill the cup and leak into the air intake hole/tube and down to the bottom. I still love them though!

Juice hits,I think I may have figured it out (somewhat)(maybe), as a liquid gets hotter it's nature is to get thinner, if you back off for a minute and let the coil cool it doesn't seem to do it as much. That would suck for me! I constantly have the thing in my hand sitting here.

yea, I would buy that stuff if the old metal ones and old clear ones did it, but they don't, so my bet is on either the new cup seal or the wick. and I notice even when its lower, I still seem to get the juicy hits. I mean don't get me wrong, they are working great, but I'm burning up a lot of juice like this. maybe its because i'm using the rubber tip thing, I'll try with just the normal tip insert and see if its better.

I've personally never had a ce2 where I had to fiddle with it to make a connection. It could be possible on your particular PV the connector pin is down a bit, but nice thing is the FLüXes have a screw driver adjustable center pin...

ok everywhere i hear to screw or unscrew the center pin on the cartos. is the center pin on these threaded? I dont claim to have seen everything out there but i have taken a few apart and have never found a ce2 or or vortex or whatever with a threaded center pin.
on many adapters the top and bottom of the center pin screw together and you can unscrew them to make the center post longer - but i have not seen anything like that in a carto. the center pin is always smooth with a little gasket holding it in.
turning it so the slot lines up with the holes in the carto base can increase the airflow sometimes but only because it allows a slightly clearer path for the air - it comes in the hole goes down to the slot and then into the air tube. the slot is there so the air tube does not get sealed by the center pin in your pv.

so why do i keep seeing ppl saying to screw this in or out? its not a screw.
also if you attempt to screw the center of a smoktech dual coil carto (or one constructed in a similar manor) you will break the lower coil because it is soldered directly to the center pin. turning it will twist up the lower coil or simply just break it off.

It's the little black rubber tip, it's a ........ If you use a standard drip tip, and release the button while you draw the last little bit of vapor out, you won't get that condensation... Have you always used the rubber tip in your other CE2s? The flat 'cap' that comes on it will give you the same condensation trouble too. I suggest GotVapes translucent plastic drip tips, they fit and work great in CE2s.

I don't have them sitting in front of me (they're on a truck right now) but that might be the prob. If the wick actually does wick better than the old ones, that might explain why you're noticing this now and not with earlier CE2s...

Lucky you. Mine seem to be sitting in Jamaica, NY for the last three and a half days... :(

If tracking is like anything for mine (to Canada), it will say that it is sitting in Jamaica and not update further (even after delivery). My first packages (from months ago) still say that they are sitting in NY even though I have had them for a long while.

Aah, cool, thanks for that. So most likely they are still on the way then

i've used the flat tip mostly and also the rubber tip that comes with it, used them on all the types, this new one is the only one i'm having the problems with. i took one tonight and replaced the rubber cup with one of the old white ones from a metal ce2, didn't seem to make a difference.

i'm really thinking it has to do with the wick, its not necessarily bad, i will just need to learn to vape a little different. the way it is now, i'm getting freaking light headed from vaping and i'm using 8mg so i'm definately getting too much juice. i'm gonna try to release like you said. i just tried it now, i thinkits a bit better.

EDIT: nope, not really better, oh well, i'll figure something out i guess.

Vapin on a new 2.4 fluxo with my 3.7 box mod, and I'm really diggin it.

I was a dedicated clearo guy, until I just got sick of syringe modding everything and went to boge cartos and carto-tanks... I was happy for a while, and then I say these new fluxos...

Love the new tubes, exactly what I always thought they should be... Using mine with no inner seal (just the donut flipped over) and a drip tip. With any CE2, you're going to get some leakage when it's on it's side, but I found that taking a carto condom and popping it on the mouthpiece keeps air from getting into the tube, which keeps juice from getting out. No leakage thusfar... You still have to tip it from time to time, buy that's to be expected. GotVapes has a lot of pull in the industry, but they can't control gravity right? All in all, very pleased with the purchase, going to use these until I move on to the 'next big thing'...

And btw, Sapphires IMO are not the next big thing. They work about as well as the ego-T, for me anyway... I don't think bottom coil is the solution, I think redisigning the one constant with the CE2 is the solution: the cup. The edges need to be rounded, like a cored apple, with a seal that works like the flipped donut. If the wicks didn't have to wick at a 90 degree angle, they would wick much better. We're almost to perfect with these .......s though, I'm diggin em.

Man, these things are juice hogs! Thank goodness.
