Hello all,
I am new to the forums here (at least in terms of being a member etc), but not new to vaping, I have been vaping on and off for a year or two now, but I just cant seem to stay off ciggies completely.
I have finally got a set up and flavours that I like, but I am finding it hard to stay just with the vaping, it is mainly the association I have with needing to have a cigarette when I have a cup of tea (which is frequently with me being English and all).
Plus there is the 'break' factor, I mean the whole making a cup of tea and going outside for a cig and getting a break from my desk etc...
Any tips for staying off the 'analogues' completely? And what to do for the cup o tea association?
