I should have just gotten black Magic Sculpt. Here are some pics.

Here is the battery box with no atomizers on it:

Here is a closeup of the battery lid. The hinge is a thick black denim embedded in the magic sculpt. You slide door sideways to unlatch and relatch. The pressure from the internal battery springs press down on the door, holding the curly end piece against a notch.

Here is a closeup of the custom mouthpiece with carts attached:

Here is a POV shot of how it looks in your hand with your thumb resting on the button

And finally, Here is a youtube vid of the vapor production.

I'll post a short howto later. The actually making part is easy. It's the waiting for parts to harden that gets annoying.

very nice...........does it kick like a mule

Actually, that's the interesting part. When I blocked the air leak between the earlier twin mouth pieces, suddenly it didn't hurt so bad. When I made the two-into-one mouthpiece, it got downright bearable. Either that, or I just got used to it. The throat hit is ungodly.

Zofryer great job!!! You made all of that with Magic Sculpt? How tough is it as far as in breakage... will it shatter if dropped?

It goes through stages. After 3-4 hours, it is "set". After three days it's like rock that gives. I've dropped it once, and it actually bounced back up about a foot. Think uber-hard plastic. I'd imagine if you made the walls thin, it could crack with a hard impact, but anything over 1/5th of an inch thick (like mine) and I'd be surprised if a drop would break it. Reality check though, it's not metal and there is a loose shifting weight inside because of the batteries. I dropped my prodigy 20 feet down a stairwell, and I couldn't find a scratch. I'm almost positive if It had been the ErgoLump instead, it would have definitely split open or cracked. A waist high drop on carpeting though? I doubt anything would happen.

NEWS: Full build instructions are forthcoming. I'm just deciding on format. It's actually a very easy build. The biggest thing is "cheating" and using lilypad led's and switches, specifically because they are ungodly durable. That, and the Lilypad LED has the resistor built in. They are actually machine washable, and designed to be sewn into clothes. You don't have to worry about the magic sculpt messing with them when it's still moist. Here are links to everything required to make it:

2 RCR123A 3.0V 750mAh Rechargeable LiFePO4 Li-Ion Batteries with AC/DC Smart Charger

EDIT: Oh, and two 801 style atomizers (I prefer be112's), three GOOD FITTING cartridges and mouthpieces for your atomizers, some scotch tape, a sanding stick, some red wire, black wire, a soldering iron, paper clips, some silver solder, one mini-flashlight battery spring, some talcum powder (used with magic sculpt to keep things from sticking together you don't want to stick together when they are hardening) and small strip of denim cloth for the battery lid hinge, superglue and a bit of metal for the extended button head (I used a leatherman to chop up a small piece of a dime and shape it). : )
