First CDC commercial on anti-smoking

Okay I finally saw my first CDC anti-smoking commercial this morning. A woman had a stroke due to smoking and now her son has to bathe her, feed her and all that other stuff.

It stated that 1 out of 5 strokes are caused by smoking so what are the other 4 caused by?

those commercials are nasty.they are effective i think.alcohol, drugs,and stress are probably at the top of the list.

I saw this commercial last night. It wasn't effective. The only thing I thought of is if it was possible to vape from your throat. Does that make me a bad person? lol

You know when you get halfway thru replying and you think to yourself, is this appropriate? Should I? This is one of those times when yoy should of hit cancel.

I wasnt even going to justify that statement w a response... Then I thought of all the people who are actually in that situation.

I guess if it keeps people from smoking it's good. I have my doubts but we'll see.

While it isn't wrong to blame analogs for some health problems, I think stress is a seriously overlooked issue. I notice when I am under extreme amounts of stress I experience sleep loss, fatigue, lowered immunity, and a feeling of being "close to death." When the stress is removed, I feel like a brand new person.
