tanks, You are doing great!

Might I suggest some unflavored 24 mg nic in 30%pg / 70% vg. It is a great, bland vape. To me it is the closest thing to smoking a cig. It is all I use. I don't even try any flavors anymore because I quickly found that any flavored juice that was called tobacco or intended to resemble tobacco of any kind was like smoking perfumed potpouri. I will also add that the unflavored nic juice is very economical, about $25 for 500 (five hundred) ml or $5 for 60 ml. Good luck!

I'll probably give it a try. I'm more of a fruit guy myself. I just got an RY4 blend (which will be my 2nd tobacco flavor, the first being Dekand Cuban Cigar, not so good)from ProJuice but I haven't tried it(it smells great). But I vape Dekang watermelon all day. I have like 5ml of my 50ml bottle left :( BUT it's ok I ordered more, along with samples from Heathers Heavenly Vapes (Double D Watermelon, Angels Kiss, Gandolf and Just Peachy).

Ordered some new carto's (for work) 2 different dual coils (one of them is dual horizontal coils), a pack of single coil LR and a pack of single coil 2.8-3.0ohm carto's for use with my J-Tank on the ProVari. I also ordered a 3.0ml vivi nova from HHV which I recently found out is not a "real" (Vision brand) vivi nova but regardless, it works the same. I'm waiting to find a Z-Atty in stock but I'm having zero luck at the moment.

All of this will keep me off analogs. Day 3 went off without a hitch. I got my ProVari in the mail and when I set up my J-Tank and screwed it into the ProVari then took my first few toots I was simply amazed. I will never go back to analogs and I'm so impressed by the ProVari I'm going to order a ProVari Mini at the end of the month to use at work (I have to be discreet or I'll get fired).

Today is day 5 and I've been vaping my ProVari with a J-Tank the past 2 full days and I can say, for sure, I will never smoke another analog. I'm a vaper for sure. I prefer vaping (not including the obvious health benefits) for the flavor. Even if it wasn't better for you I would prefer vaping.
Nice! It gets easier after 5 days. At least that's how it is for me. You've succeeded! :thumb:

I have craving occasionally but in the past (officially 158 days ago) I quit something else that was much harder and I learned a lot about fighting cravings.

What works best for me is to tell myself smoking now would be the dumbest thing I could ever do. It would make this past 4 days, 5 days, a week, etc., a waste and it wouldn't be worth it, I can just vape. Then I just let the thoughts (cravings) run their course and eventually they go away.

Trying to fight the thoughts (cravings) makes it worse for me. They just keep lingering, fighting back. So, I just let my mind crave for an analog but I won't actually let myself smoke one. I grab my PV, start vaping and sooner than later the thoughts fade away.

I've always been bad at explaining things like this.. I don't fight the cravings and I don't quite ignore them. I just let them stay but don't act on them. As well as remind myself how far I've already progressed. And, what allows me to do all this, VAPE LIKE CRAZY! lol

Congrats on making it 10 months! $3,380 saved!? That's crazy.

Congratulations on quitting another nasty habit, then!

Congrats Tanks! Always nice to see someone on the road to success. Dunno if you have any vacation time coming up but you should seriously consider either driving out with me to Vapebash (youre not that far away I dont mind swinging by and picking you up) or flying out for April 12th -13th.

Thank you! My boss is kind of an ...... but I officially get 1 week of vacation a year so I may be able to get some time off! I'm going to look into Vapebash and see if I can get the time off. I've been trying to find a vape meet and I just missed Vapecon. I'll definitely let you know!
