I wanted my first attempt to be simple and save some cash...
Got my base from Wizard labs which was awesome. Did an 80PG/20 on 36 for my high nic so I just had to pour into bottles. Did an 18 on daily vape which I split to 9 by adding the same % PG/VG. Easy as pie. WL has great quality.
Got my juices, thanks to help here, at Capellas. AWESOME!
CHOC BROWNIE: was great at %5! Bumped to 10% (Hoosier would be mad I didn't steep it enough) probably better at 5 but still great.
Cinn swirl danish: SUCKED at 5%! Almost threw it out! Bumped to 15 then 20! AWESOME!!!!
Raspberry: Awesome (having some now)--great at 10% better at 15%. AWESOME!
Coconut: Not bad at 15% but not the best daily vape. Need 1 better for next time.
So my goal was to make some simple flavors in an easy fashion and I did! And they taste great! I didn't want to go high nic % and squeak out the savings, but wanted something easy.
But, for you new DIY people, check out the math at my even simple method:
50$ of product (not shipping):
10$ in beakers, syringes, measuring stuff
So really $40 in product
-10$ in flavors left from Capellas which are enough for an entire batch...
So for $30 I made 6 bottles of BETTER tasting stuff than the high end company I was paying $20/bottle for.
So in an easy way for $30 I made $120 of product I would have paid for. And I have all the %s I like for the next time.
Anyone in doubt of DYI should try it out!
Wizard's Lab+Capellas=the win for newbies!
Tip: I learned if you mix your base and get it ready before the flavors arrive, you should measure it into your little 30ml bottles! Had I known each bottle had 25 ml I could have added the flavor % easily, instead I had to pour it all out and measure it all every time I added stuff. Next time will be a snap.
TY! ECF!
