First mech mod

I have experience using many regulated devices, drippers, subohm tanks, etc. but I've wanted to venture into the realm of mech mods. I've been looking at the Stingray X because it comes with a regular topcap and hybrid topcap. Any other suggestions?

I like the astro;
- it's m21x1 threaded; same as my vamo, zmax, king, and chiyou.
I got a 10pack of chiyou 510 steel topcaps and I leave topcaps permanently affixed to the toppers, so when I'm replacing toppers on one of my astros, I don't do wear and tear on the 510 connection.
- it's telescopic
- comes with a kick tube

I've actually been looking at them. Prices are pretty good right now.
Side fire mods don't really like the .2 ohm quad coil builds I use.
They do look fantastic and have a huge following.

Well it might not be the mech for you if you want to build it like that, but who knows, you might be able to rig that up on it. I just use an Origin Genesis V2 on it and build it single coil with 26 kanthal on 400 mesh at .8 ohm and it's just rockin my world.

Nice. I haven't tried tow Origen v2 yet.
How's the airflow?
I prefer the Kraken or a Prometheus for a genesis, mainly because they have the option for awesome airflow and dual coils.
A dual coil kraken with open airflow and mesh wicks at.7-.8 is a beautiful thing.

Airflow is great, selectable much like my Kraken. Okay, maybe I'll dual coil my Kraken at some point and just see how it goes. I've not gotten much return on dual coils so far, but if you say so I'll give it a shot but just so ya know, the Origenny does provide for dual coils.

I prefer drippers because of the rich thick flavorful vape. I like the kraken and Prometheus because they are some of the few tanks that actually hit like an RDA.
I hate a pinhole for airflow.
I don't chase clouds, but I'm not a "turtle fluffer" either.

Well as you may know I'm no fan of drippers, but I will say that the combination of the origenny and Poldiac has delivered the very best vape I've yet had, and the Origenny far outshines my Kraken.
