love this site. Thank you guys for the imput. Hope more people chime in, ready to place my next order of supplies of either juice or pre-filled carts.
I did not see any prefilled carts on elite vaporworks that 2 people recommended?

Hmmm. I just went and saw the button for the 808 line isn't there. I saw a note saying that 808 and other things will be back in stock soon. Must be out of stock for the moment.

The V2 was my first too. I have moved to the Elite from Cig Easy but have the V2 in my hand right now. I use the starter kit for around the house and the Elite at work. (12 hour shifts). I didn't know about the prices at first but don't think it would have changed my mind. NOT smoking is the goal and even V2 is cheaper than health problems...

Gap Goat ,
I went to Elite's site. is the lowest nicotine level really 16 ? I started with 6mg.

I know some people like it, but please dont get an elite. It is very overpriced and is still a slim ecig. While the elite battery is better than other slim ecigs, its still only 380mah, which is low. And you still would only be able to use standard resistance attys and cartos, like your V2 and other slim ecigs.
For less than half the price of the elite you can get a bigger battery PV that is a LOT better, like a kGo, E-Power, or Riva. You can get a kGo or E-Power starter kit for under $45, and you can get a Riva starter kit for like $30-35. Their all 3.7V PVs and have alot better battery life and will give you a lot more options bc you can use standard resistance or low resistance attys and cartos.
The kGo has an 1100mah battery, the E-Power has a 1050mah battery, and Riva has a few different options for battery mah.
I use an E-Power and love it bc it uses non-proprietary batteries which are really cheap, but the kGo is also a really nice PV. Both of them have a battery that will last 3 times longer than the elite battery, and youd have the option to use low resistance attys/cartos, plus their about half the price of the elite.
The three PVs I mentioned all have 510 connections which is the most popular and gives you alot of options. The V2 cartos would fit on them since they have KR808 threading, but you can buy an adapter so you could use them if you really wanted to.

For now though I would just buy some blank KR808 cartos and fill them yourself. Its alot cheaper than buying prefilled and then youll be able to use the thousands of different juices available.

I really like BlueMist vaping and I recommend checking them out. They have over 250 juices and really good prices, $5 for 10ml, $10 for 30ml. They have sample packs and you get to pick your own juices for a sample pack and I recommend getting a few so you can try bunch of juices for cheap. All their juices are made fresh and you can get them in either 80PG/20VG or 100%VG(I recommend 80/20). They also have extra flavor shots for .50 cents more and if ytou find a juice you really like you can get a 180ml bottle for only $30, which is dirt cheap and an awesome deal.
You can find cheaper juice if you search around, but most likely it will be crappy juice from China. BlueMists juice is made fresh by-hand in PA, and they ship really fast. I think BlueMist is a great vendor for a new vaper bc they have such a huge variety of juices that you should def be able to find some that interest you. Also their considerably cheaper than a lot of other juice vendors, which is def a plus when your just starting out and want to try a bunch to find what you like.

Goodluck!

I checked out Blue Mist and Like the Sample pack of Juice options. So now I have a New question I hope people will comment on instead of making a new post. If I go the Juice and refill method , then where should I get my Blank Cartomizers ? Which ones are best ( Long lasting and price ) AND will fit on my V2 batteries.

Also , was wondering about the USB type that just plug in to computer and/or my V2 USB Wall Charger. Is there a difference or preference on these things since they are not rechargable ? Seen some for $15 - $20

I find the condom method a little hit and miss with certain types of cartos depending on what the centre tube is made out of but when it works, it works.

Popping the cap with a little pokie tool and dripping juice right onto the filler I find to be the most reliable for most cartos except when they're really tightly packed.

Mate, the USB passthrough device is personal preference.

Be aware that it is 5 Volts from your USB port and not 3.7V like from your battery.

The jump in voltage gives you more vapor and a warmer hit.

On the downside you'll rip through juice much quicker, and will burn out your cartos very very quickly.

I have one.

Thank you for that info , maybe I will hold off on that.

what Blank Cartomizer would you recommend for a V2 Battery set up ?

I can't help you USA suppliers but horizontal coil cartomizers are great on the 808.

Refilling spent V2 cartos is easy so don't throw them away if they're still good.

Wise idea to hold off on the passthrough. I didn't wanna say before, but I hardly use mine coz it really kills cartos and now I can't use it because the button broke. I didn't use it all that much either.

I also use V2 battaries and cartomizers. I get the blanks and fill with my own juice. I have tried MANY different juice vendors and the best I have found are:

Vermillion River
Sweet-Vapes
and Kick Bass Vapor

eVaporClouds is okay

BlueMist and V4L are horrible imo.

These guys give great juice reviews if you aren't sure where to go or what flavor to get.

V4L's cartomizers aren't as good as V2's either. I would suggest Boge SR Cartomisers as an alternative carto to V2's.

Anyone else who uses a V2 join my group! It's new and needs members pretty bad lol

nice to see another v2 user , but from I have been hearing , V2 is not bad ..just over priced. and after reading these Cartos are NOT like a pack of cigs , there is no way I am going to spend MORE on vaping then smoking.

99% of the reason I decided to TRY vaping is to cut the cost of my pack a day habit. Tomorrow I start full force , no cigs.
I have 5 left that I will smoke tonight to finish off then HOPEFULLY I will be smoke free. ( But only if I can SAVE money )

So hopefully someone can point me in the right directions for Blank Cartos that will fit my V2 Battery. I am going to go with Blue Mist ( Because of cost ) for my first order of Juice. Going to try the sample pack and then go from there.

Here, there, everywhere!
Just my opinion on things and my experience

I started with 510's, Ego's and even a GLV and then I won a new 808 battery with horizontal cartomizers and I use nothing else (well I keep an Ego on hand in case I win something that has the 510 thread). I won it from Elite Vaporworks and I LOVE his juices, customer service and free shipping. I also use Smokeless Image. Same technology from both supplies. They are my two go to companies for hardware but most juice come from EV.

But we can all tell you what we have used and what we like - what it will come down to is your personal preferences. No one can tell you what you will like whether it is the battery, carto, tank, mod or juices.

I wish I would have found this new 808 system first and I would have saved lots of money for what works for me. (I hear the older 808 models weren't very good and left a bad taste in peoples mouths).

It's real easy to save money once you find your setup and juice. A lot of us here just enjoy buying different juices and occasionally new hardware that comes along. I used to smoke about 4 packs a week at an average of 7 bucks a pack. 100-120 was spent per month easy. I could buy a new kit every month and still save. I could live with spending under $40 month if I had to. I know my favorite juices and hardware. I could even cut that cost down even more if I got into making my own e-juice.

Once you are comfortable refilling your own juice, you will cut your costs down some. A five pack of kr8 carto could last me a couple of weeks once I got a few in rotation and learned how to clean them. And then there's your health. Can't put a price on that.
