Just to be clear, you are using just one coil, correct? 6 wrap 24g kanthal sounds like .6 or a little lower should be correct for one coil. Dual coils cuts resistance in half.
If it's just the single coil reading .2, check the deck for any debris that could cause a short, make sure your screws are tightened down, cut those legs, and see if it increases. If no change, either take it out and reinstall or dry fire at low wattage and get it glowing nice and evenly by compressing and strumming. Once it is "glowed" that should be your final resistance and will likely be a little higher than it was. I don't think you'll get to .6 like that though...

Your picture shows 5.5 wraps – a full wraps means the leads are facing the opposite direction. Still doesn’t come out to 0.213 ohms but worth noting none the less.

The coil calculator will never exactly mimic your coil for there are way too many variables - however, it should come close assuming you are using the same gauge and type of wire. Do you have another device to verify your build? If your device does not indicate a short, and your resistance is within it's operational range, you are safe to use it.
No other device yet. I did order a ohm reader just to have even though I'm using a regulated device... thank you for the feed back! Appreciate it.

I'd do as previously suggested here. Dry fire while strumming to get it red from the middle out, just pulse it, don't hold the fire button for long. Wick and enjoy. You're safe at .25 ohms.

Cut the leads and its reading 0.584 ohms!! :) now the ends arent turning as quickly is this normal? I'm strumming and adjusting etc...

Looks good to me! My only observation is to try and cut your leads flush with the top of the post, you don't want them sticking up and touching when you put the cap on, that would cause a short. Aside from that, wick, drip and give her a rip!

The deck is design to feed the coil either from the top or the bottom of the post – plenty of room before touching the top cap. Air flow starts right at the top of the deck and continues up for another 10mm or so. I run my coils a bit higher and block off the very top row of air ports. But no trouble keeping your coil at that level – don’t be afraid to experiment with coil placement. It’s what you prefer.

If you haven’t seen it already here’s a vid going over the design of the Drop Solo with some coil placement examples.

That's how it should be, you Don't want hot legs, the coil should glow from the center first and the ends will stay somewhat cool. Coil does look a little low, close to the deck. Should be at the same level as where the air comes in.
And use lower wattage or hit the fire button less when you glow them, white is unnecessarily hot, orange is enough. With some metals you Don't want to do more than barely make them red (SS). But yeah wick it and go to town.
