I have been messing around with DIY and haven't had much success. The tobacco flavors are okay, but all had a sort of herbal/hay type undertone. I just got some more flavors from OneStopDIYShop and came up with the following that I really like...

3ml PG
2.7ml 36mg
6 drops tobacco Blend (tobacco absolute & ethyl maltol already mixed)
6 drops English Toffee
3 drops Vanilla

Pretty much just a sweet tobacco with just a hint of vanilla.
