I orderd 5 blank cartomizers from Vapor4life, wait 5 days, then what do I get in the mail? 2 menthol cartomizers and no sign of my blanks....I understand companies will make mistakes, but how disappointing it is on your first purchase ---- I can see paying the increased price at V2
Are you saying you received
two loose menthol cartomizers but not the single 5-pack of blanks you ordered??
(1) That sounds like a USPS deal: in what condition did your package arrive? Was there any tape on it? (It is not uncommon for USPS to rip, tear, and poke holes in those Priority Mail envelopes. It's a real headache.)
(2) The two loose menthols were undoubtedly "freebies", for which V4L is so famous, especially with initial orders/new customers. This makes me even more suspicious that the problem lay with the USPS.
(3) Not to worry,
whatever the cause was, V4L will
absolutely make it right for you, and probably then some, once business hours have resumed.
(4) I know you are just testing the waters here, but I would suggest making a larger order next time in order to "justify" the shipping costs.

EDIT: I see you've opened a support ticket -- that's good. The very fastest way to contact V4L is via Live Chat (from their home page). You should have your Ticket number (if you've gotten it via e-mail), or your invoice with your Customer ID and Order Number on it. HTH!
