I've been vaping over two and a half years. There's one flavored eliquid that I vaped more than any other commercial liquid. I have a little over 10ml left from my last order back in July. I placed a big order with the PA tax looming and rumors of a buyout. My first order with this company was 2 years ago and since then ordered over 2.7L of just that flavor. Probably the same or more of other flavors too, but I can get by just fine without them.

Well, the buyout went through. At the moment, I am not worried about a change in quality. I just prefer not to support the new owner. I have not vaped anything similar and did a search in the usual places for a clone recipe (no luck). My DIY-foo is not up to the challenge of creating something similar.

I know plenty of my dollars go to support all sorts of no good. But, there's a veil of ignorance. In this situation, I know exactly where some of my cash would end up. It's not something I want more of in the world. But, my favorite dripping nectar....

I'm going to miss you, if I can hold out.

Good for you! You'll live without them. Meanwhile, as has been said, keep working on your DIY. Before you know it, you'll have an ADV that you make yourself.

Persistence my friend. I too gave up on my ADV after much runaround by the seller. Used them for 2 years. Price kept going up, consistency faltered, shipping too erratic. After months of trying various DIY concoctions I finally nailed it (or close enough).

And one look at the growing collection of pricey female shoes in the closet tells me Mrs. Kodiak is very supportive of my efforts.

It took me a while and there were some really bad mixes but now that I persisted and ended up with some perfect flavors for me I am really enjoying the fact that "the powers that be" will not get an extra dime of taxes from me.

Stock up on nic, haunt the DIY E-Liquid threads and you too will soon be able to thumb your nose at them.

Out of curiosity, why do you " prefer not to support the new owner " ?

Kudos on sticking by your principles! Without our principles we are nothing. Definitely would like to hear more about the juice and see if its possible to create a reasonable alternative. This exact situation happened to me in my early days and I ended up not only finding a decent clone recipe, but after a few tweaks of my own I actually enjoy my current "version" better than the original.

Same here. We were getting a really good strawberries and cream, but I really hated paying $1/ml. So I researched flavors, found the best quality/best bulk prices and now we vape some of the most awesome SnC.
Mine has 3 flavors and nic, 70% VG

11% TFA sweet strawberry or 7% capellas sweet strawberry
11% TFA sweet cream
3% TFA butter I like mine buttery lol
1% for those who don't like butter ;)
What about cap sweet cream and butter?

Thoughts?

Cause all I'd need would be butter at that point
