I've been looking into making a grape candy reminiscent of grape Blowpop/tootsie pop/jolly rancher.

I don't normally recommend Lorann flavors but, their grape is as close to what you're looking for that I've personally used. It is colored.

The peach is in the background, but I'd go with candy. The honeydew is definitely cuke, not the over the top melon in your face.

Capella's has small bottles of the flavors you want, I'd try these flavors:
Honeydew unsweetened
Juicy Peach
RF(reduced flashpoint) Energy Drink.
Keep in mind Capella flavors are very strong, so it won't take much.
They sell a peach w/stevia as well
