That adapter will work, but the design of that clearomizer is the same as the X2 clearomizer, aka the CE4. NHaler also sells the same thing under their N300/iGo line, including the CE4+/CE5 with replaceable heads. NHaler calls them the Crystal Vision cartomizer.

Quite a few vendors sell them also. In my opinion, you're better off to sticking to native connections when possible.

I love my X2 and the clearomizers, some clearos work better and longer than others but most are great. I got my 900mah batteries (2 of them) in November and have rarely used the 2nd one (only on long days). I have dropped it several times and it still works well. I am very happy with the performance and ease of use. My shipments arrive fast and I have had absolutely no issues with anything. I am sure the eGo is fine as well but I have no plans to change anything or use other devices. I just want something that works and X2 has. It seems to me if you intend to experiment with many different options on tanks, etc...the eGo is the route to take if you just want to vape the X2 is great. I am sure as hell no expert but know what works for me.
