Hi I'm a new customer to gotvapes. I ordered 2 packs of 510 XL fluxomizer 2.6-2.8 and mine are leaking also.

I opened them all to check and out of 10, 5 have very bad cracks at the bottom the others have hairline cracks. I am going to turn the tubes over and see if that works.

As far as the performance goes I like them. I use use 50/50 pg vg and it wicks very well, also I am not getting any burning taste. I hope the mfg. gets these right eventually as they well be keepers.

To me, the best way to fix the tube issue is to buy some BD 3ml syringes. Cut them to length, put 'em on and vape away. Sure, they aren't as pretty as the clear tubes, but they don't crack. It's also pretty easy to rub the syringe markings off with your thumb.

I have noticed that after removing and replacing several times that they can get a little loose, but just replace it. They also won't fit thru an eGo cone if that's important, but you can also cut the cone down to fit if you're handy with a dremmel tool.

GV should carry these for those that only want a few. They're also handy for filling...

Yeah, unfortunately, I've got cracking at the base as well. 2 out of 4 opened so far. I'll be turning them over and hopefully, that'll take care of the problem. I have noticed that all four are roughly cut at the base and/or somewhat uneven at both ends, and some have minute shavings. If whatever they were using to cut these tubes wasn't sharp enough, that might be contributing to the cracking.

We are REALLY checking the tubes we have now and we honestly aren't seeing the cracks...these have been much better in that regard than the previous thinner tube batch. With that said I know some may have some cracks and you made some good points.

These tubes are 'raw materials' sourced by the manufacturer and indeed some of them may have some QC issues. We have their ear closely so we have already been communicating to them to keep an eye out for this. The nice thing is that they are working very very well and we are also finding that generally the fit around the connecter has been much better and tighter.

If anyone receives a pack that has cracking in it and they don't feel comfy using it...you can send the unused pack back to us with a note and we'll send you a new pack, individually double-checking to make sure of the integrity of the tube for you.

We ship fast so we will get those turned around for you the same day and we will give you a credit or throw in a drip tip or something for your shipping cost/hassle in sending it back.

Chris and I went through many many packs today and honestly couldn't find any cracks so we were also wondering if the USPS was 'man-handling' the baggies we ship in but I think if that was the case the cracks would appear more towards the middle of the tube. Nevertheless we may look into shipping these in a box instead of a baggie to be sure.

I'm trying to make time to read up on these new fluxomizer things but I really just want the old ones back. HOW do I get rid of the poison taste. I've never tasted any CE2 that was so horrible. Will the new fat wicks be my only option now with CE2s or is it just the clears that have been jacked up like this? So what method do I use to get rid of the bad taste, and don't tell me to lift up on the ring over the wick cause I put these in a tank and ditched that ring already.

Tj have no idea why your getting a bad tatse, thats one issue we havent had with thousands of packs sold on the ce2-x, the only issue we have been hearing is the tubes that some might have cracks and we are looking into that.

try to preburn them, add a few drops on the oil and burn it off completly then fill and vape. try that.

How are the Black ones working for the people that bought them? We bought all black this time since my bf keeps breaking the tubes for the clear ones. In the pocket and he forgets about it and "crack". So we are going to try those, but are there any leaking problems with them so far? (I just got my order today and have to wait many hours before I can try them)

I'm an assclown...
My apologies, my second one tastes just fine, atleast I verified it was just me and could figure out what happened. I think my husband contaminated it when he cut it to go in the tank. I cut this one and it's great.. I guess it wasn't wicking because I believe he got grease on it from the pipe cutter he used. BLECK!

The first one out of the pack leaked immediatly, and as other said it was rough cut and angled from the base stop ring. I open the second one and inspected for cracks but they could not be seen with my eyes but on the second refill it was beginning to leak and it was stress cracks. the cracks are very short at the base but begin to grow with use. I turned the tube over and the area that was on the base is stretched to the point my EGO Cone has a hard time going over that area. The base fits tighter but maybe just to tight.:2c:

I and many others I feel, have been cheated by GotVapes. I don't think you should sell us one thing and then mail a different thing.
The whole story can be found by searching OPEN LETTER under THREADS. I'll not do business with GotVapes again.

The Black XL listed as a CE-2 X (3.0-3.2) is what I ordered, and it appears to be identical to the standard rev4's. I cut the first one open (for modding), and sure enough it has the dual thin looped wicks in it.
The Black CE-2 X is supposed to be the same style as the new clearomizers, correct? I'm not sure if I should open any more in the box or not. I know another well known site was getting mixed shipments, where some boxes had some of the new version, and some of the rev4 in the same box (for non-clearos).
Has anyone received Black CE-2's in the new style?
I'm kind of disappointed, considering I paid more than another site sells rev 4's for, specifically to try the new version. Should I cut more of them, to see if the whole box is rev4? I double checked the receipt, and it definitely states that it should be a CE2-X, and the post here seems to list the black ones in with the clearos, as being the new style.I checked the PRD and EXP codes on the side, and they're identical to rev4's, from another non-fluxomizer branded company
...would love to try the 2.6ohm, but there was a mix up & I was sent the old ones
Did anyone answer your question? I like to know too.
Not yet, I'm afraid.

My CE2-X's arrived yesterday. Big red gum nectar juice promptly caramelized and scorched in one after 1/2 a tank. I had no difficulty tearing it down and cleaning it. It is refilled this morning with the new iced orange nectar and both the juice and cart are performing flawlessly, loads of vapor, great taste, no browning or scorching.

EDIT: I like the new cup plugs/fill rings, they are a slightly looser fit and are much easier to get in and out.

Just a tip...when this happens and you still have a load of juice in it...
Before tearing it down for a complete cleaning try this:
Take your syringe w/needle and fill it with clean water...
Leave the CE2 fully assembled, including what ever mouth tip you use...
Hold the CE2 over a bowl or the sink with the battery end up...
Shoot this water from the syringe down into the battery end of the CE2 with a nice fast stream.
Repeat a few times...
Blow through the mouth piece end a few times to flush out the water.

This is often good enough to get the atty clean enough to vape out what's left in the tank before breaking it down enough to fully clean and do a 'dry burn'.

As for the ones cracked out of the package, yes...that's a QC thing for sure.

On the ones that develop cracks over time:
I do believe the type of e-liquid has a lot to do with it. Anything I have with cinnamon, and some of my super nutty and fruit flavors eat at the plastic, making it cloudly, then brittle.

While I do agree that Royal Smoker needs to get these right ASAP, the atty/wick part of these things are just too good to pass up! At least we do have the syringe option when the ocassional clearomizer sleeve is bad or cracks up on us.

Clearomiser fans...pick up a hand full of 3ml syringes as backup :)

You purchased a pack of 510 XL BLACK 3.0-3.2 FLüXomizers. You said when you opened one of them up they were the older style wicks. When you wrote me an email about this I informed you kindly that you could send them back and we would credit you plus your return shipping.

You wrote back stating you did not want to have to return the item, that it was too much trouble over a $12 item and then you stated that we were 'dishonest' and we were 'attempting to pull a fast one' among other similarly stated accusations.

I responded to you with the following:

"Steve - we had some 3.0-3.2's in XL Black that seem to have some of the old
wick in them. These are the only ones that were reported back to us. Of
course we could not verify they were the older wick as they are in a closed,
non-clear cartomizer. At this point we can refund you for these but we would
need to have the other ones returned, we will pay/credit you for the
shipping cost and the product once these are received back
. Please make a
short note in the return that you want a refund so that Chris can tell me
when you have sent them back. You can send back to
