Umm, I drilled out the small air screw, and is now my large air screw. Also, a wide bore drip tip will help open up the draw. Get huge lung hits. Balance both sides of the equation. Can only do so much to the intakes, and must tune the exhaust also. We are vaping a continuous internal combustion engine after all. Horse power, vape power, both have similarities.:vapor::vapor::vapor: Actually upon further consideration, need to keep rocket science in mind too:D or something like that.

Right now though am od'n on the Estia, crap can chain vape a full tank without a single dry hit, well, could that is if I didn't kep paszn out from nic'od:lol: Serious horse/rocket power that girl has. Keep in mind, always take 3 mods to work, and have a few others I rotate through at home, but in Estia alone, went through 10 ml's of juice. Frak, that's like 80 cents :D not counting juice vaped in other devices, admittedly. Frak, finally the weekend. Well when I wake up, tis Friday night for me. frak bedtime. Night folks:D

If you want you can use a small piece of mesh in the screw hole, or I've used a micro coil sized to fit in the opening. This can give you something in between.

With lung hits I find it gives great flavor for my draw style wide open.

Good tip, Jeremy. My clone came with just one air screw that was too tight. Another air screw had no hole drilled. I tried to drill a 1/16" hole but ruined it. Wish I had a drill press! Wrapping a microcoil on 1/16" drill bit worked nicely. Tried to contact Artur to order some screws and cotton cord but the only shipping option was DHL for 32 euros. No answer to my emails. Guess I'll just pass on snagging an original.

I just found an issue with the flashi. - temperature fluctuations.

It's at a point in the Midwest where we range from 70-40 degree highs. Tank wicks have to be adjusted with vg when we dropped below 60.. I get them adjusted for 40-60 degrees it's good. But then with the heat on in my work truck the flashi got heated up when left sitting I'm my cup holder and started flooding. This problem I'm sure is exasperated with 100vg. Pg would reduce the viscosity changes with temp.

Had to let my V3 go to pay some bills and now looking for replacement.
Which of the clones would be the one to look for?

Eh pro is 'supposed' to be better than tobecco . But I notice listings don't seem to include all the parts. Just watch for that. Those are around 50.00. & looks like they have the tank air tube problem as well. I just found the best deals left on the tobecco clone. - at dragon fly.

Howdy all,
I was wondering....how hard is it to swap the posts? Does that wire need to be unsoldered (to swap)?

So far, I am loving it. Thanks to JeremyR's tip, I got this great kit for a song!

Has anyone else noticed that you can not only use the clear section as an extender, but that
the tank separates, and you can use it as the bottom part of the tank?!

I like how when the feeders are 'tuned right', I can see a bubble after a draw, similar to my Kayfun.
Lets me know the juice is flowing!

TIA, and thanks again, Jeremy! :) :vapor:

Oh don't get me wrong the flashi is my all day every day vape. The problem should be called a vg problem, there's just not a good way around it. A similar thing likely would have happened on nearly every atty. but where the flashi excels is I can flip to dripper mode in 3 seconds and vape good without having much of a problem.

Tarkin I'm glad you like it!

I thought is was a great deal. I got it for less when they were on clearance at 101. Lots of parts for lots of different configurations. My first impression was it's not as big as I thought it was going to be in the 5ml setup.

Thanks for the tip, I'm going to have to use the clear section for tuning. I've never even used it yet. :) I'm a stainless freak, lol

I usually take all my stuff apart, but the flashi is so good I haven't yet still. As far as I understand the knurled section of the base will unthread. I was kinda waiting for the day the connection failed but it hasn't yet. Then, yes swap and solder the positive back on, possibly with a heavier gauge wire. Unless you figure out how to go wireless like bapgood but he had a lathe to make parts.

Hi all,
Got fed up tonight with the feeling that my tank chamber wasn't sealing right, and the wobble.
This is probably a well-known fix to some vapers, and I nicked it from another thread, but to fix
the o-rings on the base of the Tobeco, you just cut a couple of lengths of dental floss, and
use those as shims under the o-rings.

To get the o-rings off without losing them, I take a little flatheaded 2mm blue screwdriver,
and come in from the top down, so that if I lose control of the o-ring (these little thin
guys act like rubber bands), it gets caught by the screwdriver.

Hope this helps someone. :)

I went to clean out the chamber at the base bottom, and broke my wire :(
Does anyone know how to swap the posts? The one I can see has no screwdriver slot(s) or knurling, just a smooth head.
I haven't taken the glue off of the underside of the other post yet (the one with the wire still attached).
Will regular hot glue work as an insulator?
Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Thanks all!

Great news! Been waiting for it to drop.. Going to check it out..

Upside - Some improvements, much larger air screw, the posts are even!!, adjustable pin, upgraded screw driver

Down side - The tank air tube knurling is still too wide, and no dripper cap: that's a real big bummer. At least I already have one!
