I just recently got my first FeV and I am blown away!

I didn't have any mesh so I used some of the cotton cord. It worked flawlessly with 50/50 juice.

I really wanted to try my favorite juice in it but it's 80v/20p. I finished the 50/50 tank and decided to give it a go with the 80/20 on a rebuild. Initial wetting of the cord was pretty slow so I was getting a bit worried. Went ahead and filled it and closed it up.

To my surprise the cotton cord kept up its job feeding the wick. I was floored! That was vaping it with nickel at .08Ω, 480F and 28-30 watts. Incredible warm flavor!

I think I'll take some pix on my next rebuild and post them up in this thread.

Did I say how much I love this atty? :D

Jax!! You've finally joined the satisfied FEV users.

Awesome!

Yeah I'm surprised it keeps up too but I use high VG.

The extension is 8.5 ml and really I have it but never tried it. I regularly use the dripper cap though. I would recommend that over the 8.5ml.

I use tank and dripper seamlessly with same wick set up no problems and it holds about 15 drops in dripper mode. (30 if its a new rayon wick)

I vape the v2 with air screw out only its about 2mm air flow.

If you just start with the small length of mesh you start rolling it and it forms right to the size you need. I just use a needle if I need to open the straw.

Indeed I have joined and it's such a wonderful atty.

I really don't need the tank extension as it is so easy to fill but it would have been nice to have in case I wanted to venture out with it and not need to carry a bottle of juice.

I got the 1.6mm af screw and installed it before I even built it. I typically like an airy draw but once I vaped it with the 1.6mm af screw, I just couldn't take it out. The draw is just perfect. It reminds me of the draw from an analog and the flavor is so good.

A buddy of mine got a Flash-e-Vapor v3 clone. It had all 4 air screws. The tolerances were off a bit. The tank wobbled on the orings. I had to shim them with dental floss. It was ok, but nothing like the OEM.

I'm seeing good reviews on these so we will see. I had to change all the o rings on a k4 clone, and all the sizes from the authentic parts breakdown fit perfectly  So that made me laugh that they included that and yet didn't use the correct orings when they assembled it. Until they're here hard to assess the quality. I've seen the whole gamut from unbelievably nice to pile of you know what. Just hoping they are at least mediocre and can help me decide.

They are out of the tank extension? Glad I snagged all the chimney and thank accessories when I ordered. I'm really excited to use the short airflow duct with the longer tank for a mini FeV (you ONLY use the longer tank, nothing else).

dems86, could you post a pic when you have the short FEV set up? I have both the v2 and v3 clones and want to nano-ize them with a short chimney. But I'm not sure if I need to get a short top cap also. With the dollar so strong, I'm tempted to order a genuine from Artur.

Oh yeah, most definitely. I think the short air intake was a fairly new piece, as I don't know anyone else who has it.

I'll be sure to snap some short stack vape porn for sure

Not only is it a lower profile, but it still holds 4ml of juice according to FeV site I believe.

I need to go look those clones up and see if they come with different airflow screws. And of course I'm wondering if the authentic ones fit because if I don't like the airflow it will throw me off as to how much I may like or dislike the atty.
The airflow screws of the clone wont fit the original, as the airhole on the clone is bigger.
I think the screws of the original are 1,2; 1,4 and 1,6. The clone ones are 1,6; 1,8 and 2.
Airhole without screw is 2,5 on original, 3 on the clone.

Dont quote me on those exact numbers, but you get the generell picture.

I'm looking forward to my clone, because if there is one thing that I dont 100% like on my flashi its the max possible airflow.

I'm guessing different clones may be different? Stands to reason probably. The ones I'm getting are Hotcig. I prefer tighter airflow so I guess we shall see how these work out for me.

I'm getting killed with medical bills so I may not be getting any new authentics for a long time.

Hmmm, wondering if the FV3-clone from Focalecig is ok. Did also order some 10ish clear tanksections.

They have two different ones I think? The Hotcig is on its way to me so I should have it soon. Its coming from a US friend so should be here today or Monday. Once its here I can give you an opinion.

My FeV v3 finally showed back up on tracking radar last night, in Richmond, CA, so it won't be long now babyyy!!!

Artur seriously needs to change the shipping method. For 32 euros it shouldn't take weeks. Considering 15-19 euros gets stuff here on 2-3 days, 32 should be overnight, lol

Ridiculous yes, but I'm so excited that I'll have it in hand soon, yippie

My eXpromizer came from Germany in 6 days with an inexpensive shipping method. USPS is who delivered it to me so the mail went pretty quickly and inexpensively. Fedex has been super fast from Greece.
DHL and UPS are also just as fast if you choose the international method where they deliver beginning to end (no handing off). Which is usually 14-19 euros, half of the 32 FeV charges for the slowest shipping ever, lol
