Wow !! I was in Paris 10 days ago, I went to a vape shop and I found the FEV 4. I heard about it from JeremyR in Rayon thread. I bought it ) my initial thoughts was it is completely different system than kayfun and Taifun and it will be nice to explore.
I usually vape my Kayfuns using 28g , 2.5 or 3 mm coil ID , 6-8 wraps, around 11-13 Watts, MTL.
I setup my FEV using 26g, 3mm, 8 wraps, 2.1mm air hole screw @ 17 watts....and it is completely amazing )
The vapor, flavor and TH is exermely perfect. It is completely different than kayfun, they are both very good, but I never thought any RTA could be same or better than kayfun.
I will explore more setups moving forward, but I have to say that I am really impressed and happy )

You are right about Jeremy on the Fev series of RTA's Mada. Also, if you wick with Rayon, you will have Both of his long time promotions and be set with all that you need for a Great Vape.

P.S. I'm STILL waiting for my Fev4 to get to me.

Been checking these out on the focal site…there are a few of them on there….was wondering which one is the best one to get?

I don't really need 9ml or 19.5 ml capacity…..if I order the 5ml one it doesn't seem to come with the airflow screws….will i need to buy these separately?

As things stand I cant even figure out the differences….what is long mode? And do the airflow screws come wight je tank or do they need to be ordered separately?

Looks like the one from Germany does not have the airflow screws.

Long mode is the extra SS tank section that increases the juice capacity to 9ml.
That one is your better choice IMHO.

Hi Mada! Great to hear!

Another satisfied customer.

I still use it daily, to this day..

The only issues I have with it ever is if I make the mesh too tight and it smashes into the wick to hard and chokes it off, then pushing them up by hand makes it too loose and can get some excess juice flow.

A mesh that can slide fairly easily and push up when contacting the wick but stay in place enough it doesn't fall out is best. Once you get that the feeder wicks are set indefinitely.

The mesh straws was very easy. I get it right from the second attempt. I used Mesh 400, roll it over 1.2mm screw driver. It is working perfectly.

FINALLY !! Some movement of my Focalecig order which I placed on September 26th, and has been sitting in SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA since October 12.
I might even get this Fev4 while I'm still Verticle .

Do you mean with the plug removed, it comes with 2 reducers. Not sure of the size, I modified the larger one.

Yes, those (2) air reducers, are they 1.2mm or 1.4mm or 1.6mm or 2.1mm, that's what I'm after.

I would guess that I choose the smallest one to modify but not sure.
The ones in the bag measure 1.4 and 1.8 mm.
I had a bit of a time locating it's box, seems some time ago I knocked a couple of Hotcig wooden boxes off my desk and some TGT II S parts were in the FEV box.

Aah, I see. Thank You Very Much for taking the time to track those reducers down and measuring them for me. I know that in the FT pictures of the Hotcig V3 they only show (2) reducers (1 in the Fev V3 and 1 additional one in the parts bag). But we all know that FT's pictures are not what we can "take to the bank" as far as accuracy pertaining to what you will get when you open the box.

The V3 Hotcig clone comes with 3 airscrews, but they are bigger than the authentic. IIRC, 1.4mm, 2.1mm & 2.4mm.
