Flavor for DIY liquids

I making my own liquids, the only thing is here in the Netherlands i can't find a good reliable shop to buy flavors.
Who can help me with a good (online) shop with a wide range of flavors.

Inawera has outstanding flavors (and lots of them). They are based in Poland. Might be your best place to get started.
