I'm noticing that 20% seems to be the goal of many recipes.. just curious, I got my wiz labs flavors in today and can happily proclaim that they are NOT watered down like my former order from ecigexpress, but I'm still having difficulty tasting the flavors. I guess I wanted to ask if 20% is considered the status quo, or do some of you mix higher, like 25%?

There's actually a DIY video where the guy uses something like 46%!!!

By your join date, you might just be needing more flavor until your tastebuds heal.

It really all depends on each individual flavor, your tastebuds, the delivery device...too many variables to be able to tell you what you'll end up needing.

If 20% seems too weak, after an adequate steeping time, try going up in 2% increments.:)

yeah, I've bought the storebought pre-mixes which seem pretty balanced, but my DIY blends tend to seem bland.. I was just curious what the 'average' was, althogh I do realize that with taste, it's hard to draw a line in the sand... :)

I just made a tobacco 12% and mocha 8% mix that (yeah I know it will need to steep) tastes pretty bland. Wondering to myself and the forum here how I can get a pre-steeped mix that I like.

And FYI, I'm using the ejuice me up calculator... Figured I'd mention that before the calc police showed up to remind us all... :p

Sometimes too much concentrate is just as bland as too little. Try that recipe with 5% tobacco and 4% mocha.
