You should really get some pre-mixed liquids while you work on mixing, and learn to use your PV as well. Flavorings are usually made from basic chemicals that are usually extracted from natural stuff. Sometimes they are called oils, but most don't have what you would think of as oil in them, unless the flavoring chemicals are carried in an oil base (such as soybean oil or triacetin).

Go to the direct vendors (like the pa website, not someone selling it) and they should have the ingredients listed. You should talk to them, I have not seen much about those on here.

Sometimes people will make their own (you would need to research a lot, I know nothing about this) so you can search and see how other people made flavors.
