Well just got first order of flavors in, 60+ from ECX, ordered them Friday afternoon! Not only did it get cross country really fast, it was in a box and not the bubble mailer. The link I posted earlier was somebody else's and a few others said they received similar packing. I think they must have got the message about the packaging. I'm glad, because if they kept doing it the same this would have been my last order with them. I'm 100% satisfied with my order, now to drive myself crazy with this DIY thing. So far all I've done have been from extracts I've made. Wish me luck.

Maybe just because you ordered so many bottles of flavoring? I'm still worried for anyone ordering smaller flavoring only orders (Like I planned soon), like 5-10 or so, since they used an envelope on that one guys order with the smaller bottles of Nic and handful of flavors. I'm sure it would be fine in an envelope, but still, there is plenty of small boxes and the shipping would be the same $$ for a small box vs envelope anyway as they'll both go by weight, sure a box may weigh a little more, but that's a few pennies if any.

If any of you order 5-10 flavors only here soon from ECX please post back and let us know how the packaging is, thanks!

Thanks FranC! I guess flavors in envelope isn't too bad, if/when they brake we can always show pics of that and hope to get reimbursed!

I guess it's really Nic would should worry about, not that I wasn't to begin with, but after seeing those pics I started to worry about my few flavors I wanted to order being shipped the same way glass/envelope. It's not ideal for glass, but I guess everyone has to try and save a buck when they can, so it's expected. Nic of course should always be sent in a box for safety purposes, hopefully that thread brings it to their attention AGAIN! :)

I have had probably 50 orders with them and never had a problem or single drop spill. I am pretty sure they take this whole matter pretty seriously and are revamping the shipping policies and obtaining boxes. I can only think of two vendors who ships in boxes even for a very small or flavorings only order. Every place else I ever ordered from including when I used to buy juice sent to me in bubble mailers of some kind not a box.

Anyone who has any concerns can write them and give their feedback on this matter. I have always found them to be very open to requests and suggestions and feedback. I think if you buy the Priority mail you should be able to get it in a little Priority box. This could be asked in advance.

That pkg was mishandled by someone. I know they have some new employees. I'm sure if they were notified of this it won't happen again. I've been ordering from them a long time with no issues. I have 5500ml of 60mg nic from 3 different vendors including ECX with no problems.

OK now the truth comes out 5500 ml :shock: Quiet Fran is a hoarder like the rest of us.

Nice collection there Fran! The co-ops are really one of the best things about this forum as its gonna help people that otherwise might not be able to buy get extras like that. I have many times wished one of our flavor pals was into running a co op---seems like thats the only thing I pay retail for lately. I mainly go in for batteries, rba, clearos, accessories and such. Mods are about the only thing I only buy sparingly as a treat. Even if it doesn't appear that way I actually do have a budget...lmao

Thanks gals, I feel a lot better about it now! I assumed priority would/could always use the smaller boxes, but I'm a budget shopper so I normally pick the cheaper method, and that thread earlier this week had me concerned is all. I suppose I shouldn't sweat it until it happens to me, and then just deal with it best I can.

It's just that glass in a envelope doesn't sound safe to me, for the contents I mean, no matter how much bubble wrapping is used. I sell on ebay, and I know I wouldn't ship anything glass in an envelope period, maybe a priority envelope with a box inside of it, with bubble wrap around the contents, and then around the box, then stuffed into an envelope :D But that's just me :)

Hubby and I both vape so I may need the extra pv's. We have several in use between us and a couple are getting old. Thank goodness I've been stocking up my Ikenvape fusions over the last couple years. Waiting for Hibi's CoOp and I plan on a large order there. T3's are not my favorite way to vape but in a pinch...............and hubby likes them OK. Hate the top coil things.

Yeah my husband loves the T3's bigtime. I really gotta pay better attention to the co-ops---thanks for the reminder. I tend to buy things that are tried and true and let other people be the testers. It is a bigger deal with two vapers---I totally understand.

Haha, like like like! :D Ya, when I ship out things it really does remind me of his packaging methods sometimes, minus the heat sealer. I sell electronics usually, and the main reason I package so well is my fear of the almighty chargeback or paypal, due to reading all those horror stories about ebay/paypal fraudsters. I even insure all packages out of pocket for anything over $20-25, take pictures of items being packaged and fully packaged for anything over $50. I'd rather be prepared and covered for accidents, and or scammers, then try to handle that mess after the fact, especially because of how paypal likes to side with the person doing the scamming often, and of course even if they side with you eventually they still freeze your account while they think it over and laugh at you.

So yes, I do package just about everything like the Wizard does. If I sent you 5-10 flavor vials, you'd agree too, and they would for sure come in a box too (Likely over-sized a little as well :)).

Honestly, with all the things I've sold over the years, I've found that you can normally ship things in your own boxes cheaper than the standard flat rate or priority boxes, same applies when shipping via first class it's often very similar price for envelope or box, since it all goes by weight anyway.

    * FranC, ya I knew that, I'm mainly looking at their flavorings :)
