The ELA is not a "stand up straight" mod due to it's button design. How in the world could you use it as a hybrid without leaking juice all over the place?

With a well designed, well built genesis atomizer and a proper wick and coil set up(u wicks, extra mesh in fill hole, etc) it's very easy to make many genesis devices not leak

I never really lay my devices down... whether it was for dripping, cartos, carto tanks, etc etc... but 99% of my vaping is done right here at my desk or the office/room I habitate most of my time... work and play.

Ego's VV's Mech's Reo ... they all stand up somehow whether in a mod holder or at an angle on sonething.
Genesis devices the fill hole is topmost.

Actually its the dogs room too... :) lots of ventilation though.

DNA 20 has its own button apparently, but ELA or P+ will need to be upright or at a lean due to button design.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to this coming out. I'm always wary of jumping the gun to purchase something like this right off the bat, but for this I might make an exception. The concept of the ELA having a dna20 board on it also intrigues me.

@ukeman - I think sub 1 might not be doable due to the nature of wattage output. Sub 1's should be able to produce more than 20W in ideal situations; i.e. no voltage drop under load...at least that's what I think.

I have a DNA20 box (Dugger box) coming to check it out....

I saw the Cyborg at Vape Bash 2 and all I can say is Wow. It really is a beautiful device. I was with my wife who before that day wasn't a fan of my vaping habit. After being in the room with all the people and getting to talk to Phil Busardo, she changed her mind. Now every time I watch one of Phil's video's she says "Hi Phil". At vape bash she saw the Cyborg and told me to buy it because Phil said it was such a sweet device. Sadly it wasn't available yet. I try to vape on a budget and I don't splurge on my pv's. If the extras that were mentioned on Phil's video get added to the cyborg then I may very well have to take my wife up on the offer.

You can totally go sub ohm on the DNA 20 but it is not really necessary. It has a 7 amp switch and will handle anything down to a .5 or .6 ohm coil. Hope this helps!
not sure but i think quite a few use P+ (super T ) with genesis... i do...
agreed the button bottom is not great, but i have mod holder that works pretty good.
the P+ is narrower than the ELA which i hope will have a wider button as its girth is 2-4 mm wider than the P+.... which does stand on its 14mm button if you're careful.

i doubt superT would consider a better base for the button ... but Faceless did with his V2 bottom ihybrid... don't know why some won't jump on the Genesis wagon a little faster.

I'm looking into the DNA20 for sub 1.0 Ohms... any info on that? the wattage is plentiful so i don't know what the problem would be.
One of the DNA20 box makers told me the DNA20 specs say 1.0 Ohm is doable, but why not sub 1.0 ?
