Focalecig ... A new Fasttech??

I think that focalecig == wallbuys, and my experience with Wallbuys (with flashlights) was that if you report a problem to their CS, they always first ask for pictures, and then, for some unknown reason(s), always ask for a video "demonstrating the problem", even if the video adds NOTHING to describing the problem. I've never understood why Wallbuys always insisted on the videos (maybe they think it's easy to fake pics, or maybe it's easier for them to understand a problem in video vs. pics), but they basically wouldn't move forward on a problem unless you went through their hoops, at least in my experience. Sounds like focalecig is the same.

Yeah, I know the feeling. These all showed up today and I already had plenty.
By "white" I am assuming you mean stainless steel, because there are no white Caravela's ... Yes, I think the Omega RDA would make a very nice pairing with the 18350 Caravela .. but note, that little baby is also fairly hefty at 116grams. It is still lighter than the Maraxus, but it will weight your pocket down none the less. And its also more of a "show piece" than a "beater".
If you are looking for something lightweight, and easy to carry around, then the Astro or the Atom Mods are very good choice. Both are small compared to other Mods, and they are miniscule in 18350 (smaller than the Caravela), yet they are good performers, and would also look good with the Omega.

... the Kayfun looks stunning with the Nemmy, very slick! ... And I know the Caravela looks so much nicer in person, than the pic. For some reason, I always have a hard time getting a good pic of this mod, one that shows its true beauty ..How are you liking it all?

It all looks great! I got everything cleaned up and shiny. The nemesis/kayfun setup is my second favorite, I think.
I think Wallbuys is handling Focalecig's CS, which I am not happy about .. Doris would have never made anyone send a pic and a video ... that is too much. Its a turn off to customers.
I do think a customer should have to demonstrate what the issue is, but one or the other, pic or video, not both, and not requested subsequently.
when I get a moment I will email Doris and let her know, and perhaps she can speak to Wallbuys Customer Service staff about "revising" this policy, so customers are not jumping through hoops to get assistance with a incorrect order, or defective item. Doris is the Sales Manager, but she was handling all of the CS at Focalecig for several months, but it has now gone back to a CS staff.

... thats right, finally I get something FIRST! I just received the mixed brass Stingray w/matching drip tip today. Actually just took it out of the box about 20 minutes ago, and trying to figure out the fire button because its sticking, but I didn't take it all apart yet ... other than that, these are the silkiest threads I have ever experienced! ... don't know what vendor it came from because it was a surprise gift from a friend.
I'll post pics when I can figure out all the pieces in the switch, but I did fire my Kayfun on it, and wholy bits, it hits BEAST!

I have received two orders from them, and no problems as of yet. I do miss the active comments by the active fasttech followers.
