I don't think that there is any difference between them, I think they just lowered the price. But let me check on that and get right back to ya!
ETA: Ok, just rechecked them both ... While they are from two different "suppliers", that should not be confused with two different manufacturers. The $26 looks like an exact 1:1 just like the Hcigar, and I know this device very well. The parts packages are also identical.
The only thing that I can see that "might" be different is that the catch screws on the cheaper on look like they are possibly chromed brass .. possibly?. The Hcigar has stainless steel catch screws.
Today Doris mailed that they had a new Taifun GT sample without logo and few minutes later she told me that the supplier gave the wrong information, but they are looking for it. ( because she knows that I like clones without logo )
As I wrote a few days ago I think this is the real 1:1 GT - it looks like the GTs from the first batch. Why?
1. The first ones had a one piece top cap/steam tube unit. You can`t see no slit/gap where the steam tube is pressed in, but you can see that the tube has been lathed in 2 steps - you see two different finishes on the tube. Looking at the new pictures, it seems that there are 2 different finishes ( lathing pictures(?) - don`t know the english name ).
2. The pmma tank thread is more clear than the more foggy thread of batch 2 ( new one is quite clear )
3. On first batch there were less visible threads than on the second batch ( less threads on the new one )
4. The air hole is on the first batch not in the center of the knurling - it`s lower ( like here )
I can`t say whether the deck and the screws are chromed or not. A look through magnifier in the same angle makes my ss base look like the one on the pictures.
To me the new GT looks like my most loved GT from the first batch( 1 of 4 ), but I will know only, after I got one. Doris will have to hold one for me.

Please
Btw.: the second Batch GTs are very good clones too and far better than the first version from this big competitor.
The GT is my most used RBA. I thought I love the FeV and Squape most, but if the atties would have an hour meter, the GTs would easy win. The truth is always on the field
