I prime the wicks just wet enough to stick them to the deck where I want them to be before putting on the middle cap. I dont saturate them. I also fire them a little before I put the chimney on. (Just because its fun)
Ive tried both the top fill and the fill port for filling.
As far as channel depth. I guess theres nothing that can be done there.

ARggh ... its so hard to troubleshoot without the device in my hands, but right now I am looking at the juice channels as being the possible culprit since the look very deep, way more so than mine are on sku 12113. I am thinking that they may be allowing too much e liquid into the chamber when you draw on it, and once the wicks reach a certain level of saturation, the flooding/leaking starts.
I am wondering if putting extra cotton in the chamber, aside from the wick itself may help? Not blocking the juice channels, but up on the deck, to the right and left of the main wick. I've done something similar on the Fogger V3 when using a thinner juice, and it worked.

Thats is how you do it! I love this little darling, but skorpeyon is prolly looking at his like it might break it.
My EHpro 18350 Vela hasn't been used in like two months, but I still love it dearly though, I just have to do a better job at rotating my mods because they are all great really.
