Well I did notice that FT, among the thousands of designs they offer, had soft drip tips that they claimed were of a panda but I thought looked more like a kitty. I'll chime in with a me too, just gotta love the myriad of types of the puffs drip tips they're offering. I know this is the focalecig thread but the comment about the puffs got me thinking. Has anyone tried the ceramic ones they have that remind me of porcelain, fine china type cups and saucers? They have ladies, dragon, flowers, etc.

I told Doris to have warehouse guy check their black stock because they are clearly mixed, and if they have more than one black shiny then they need to yell at Acerig first, and make a new product page second. I think the shiny one is nice, but that is not what FC ordered. I want more matte finished one's in blue

I will do .. if it were appropriate I would post the skype conversations because it is hysterical, she is so funny. Poor warehouse guy .. I am not sure he could even tell them apart, but the one he photographed for US warehouse was definitely matte, so there was at least one in there. And yes, it is high time that FC upgrade their US warehouse staff. 
No I haven't .. I did just order a bunch of tip, but not those.
Poor warehouse guy, you all are conspiring to replace him. He might just have started a correspondence school course on photography for all ya know

Don't know if this was already mentioned but the pic of the black Manhattan does indeed show 3 additional brass bits besides one in the top cap and the switch but the switch is upside down in the pic so may not have its bit. The copper and red show the bits in a little plastic bag. Wonder if the pieces are loose in the black model and that's why things are a bit confused?

WOTOFO A-MOD is one company that I have seen on the web saying they are making a ZNA30 clone. I am not sure if they are making this one being offered by FC.
This company may just be a supplier and not even a manufacturer.
I am sure Nikki will check in later and give us more insight on this matter.
My black manhy came with the 3 extra contacts in an small ziplock bag. Plus 2 already installed.
Good catch, I had not even noticed the three extra pieces.
There has to be a pin in the switch in the photo because if there was not the opposing magnetic forces would cause the switch to separate. These magnets are very strong.
So it looks like the black ones have the switch pin installed, one 510 top pin installed and three additional pins. (two different length 510 pins and a spare switch pin maybe?????)
One thing to note if you get two of these Manhattans be careful and don't let them get too close to each other. The magnets will cause them to slam together. Also be careful with just a single Manhattan as it will be attracted to metal objects that a magnet can stick to.

Art it gets worse .. So Doris is feeling funny, and she tells me to go check my order history, and I'm like why? The last order already sys shipped with tracking#, but she insists. So I go look and saw that my order status has been changed from "package shipped" to " processing - please contact us for details M------F------"
The woman loves using this word now, and its all my fault.
Now I have to repent, and go pray to Baby Jesus and ask for forgiveness 
.. but oh, I asked her for the Chinese translation and she won't give it to me because she says its inappropriate.
