Speaking of the Ivogo 17mm Kayfun mini...

Was trying to decide if I wanted to spend $40 for the combo, called the baby, and looking for a discount coupon code to see if I could knock off a few bucks, when I came across some info. The two pieces will be available separately, no word on price though. Considering that the Ivogo kayfun mini, normal one @ 14mm diameter, sells for $25+ I'm not sure it won't be more like almost $30 for the 17mm just because of demand.

Definitely something I'd like to see focalecig carry.

AC decided to separate the package after receiving criticism from someone I would never take advice from .. I think it was a good idea to sell it as a package deal because the mod and 17mm KF Mini were manufactured together as a set. Someone told AC that there was no market for it, and that is why they will no longer sell it as a complete set. To each their own.

They should've done both. There's a market for them as singles, but there are also a lot of people out there that just want to buy stuff ready to go, and not be concerned about matchy-matchy, or having to look for the other halves of stuff. As long as both halves are sound. :2c:

Nikki, I was going to ask you to ask Doris details about the brass Vapelyfe, but she knew I was interested and PMed me at the other place. Not the one I wanted, but I would buy one if it's one of hers, just out of respect...but I would use it too. :)

Wow a lot of good stuff in new arrivals this morning :D

G-weezy focal dropped the Sir Lancelot too, I can't swing it right now, but is in my wish list :)

Also focal has a orchid, I know quite a few have been talking about it, I'm passing on it, plastic tank unless buy quartz kits for it, and I'm happy enough with my foggers :)

My Paragon is in Chicago, don't think will get by the weekend, but never know.

Glass tank you say? Well then I have a mint surprise for you my friend, and IMO its really good  Don't know where that Orchid comes from, but Doris did tell me that they got it, I haven't looked at it though. I am otherwise occupied with some glass tanked items, and a gift for our friend Nelson :D

Gimme a minute to do my search and recovery .. I am very good at it. And I agree about the ivogo baby, they should have left it as a complete set, and then sold the 17mm mini separately for those who already have the Nemmy Mini, its a total no brainer. Why they made this knee jerk move because one "out of touch" individual told them there was no market for it, is totally beyond me.

Like you said, it took the worry out of trying to match up a new atty or mod because they are already matched up. I think it was a slick looking little set up, that I for one was interested in, and I believe that interest in it would have grown. The standard Kayfun Mini is extremely popular, when then wouldn't a 17mm with matching mech not be?

Doris should get it from iVOGO and sell it as a complete set, and the 17mm KF separately ..

I'm thinking about giving Focalecig a shot. Have a dna30 coming in this week, and i'm thinking of either picking up the kayfun lite v2, or a new dripper. Been kicking around the Tobh, Stilare, and the Plume veil. Anyone have suggestions?

Have all three you mentioned. I use Tobh and Plumeveil the most. All three are nice atties. Just look at what your coiling build style is and go by that. Do you use lower ga wire? Then you need to look at them post holes or drill them out like I do. Just depends on your style.

I bit the bullet and ordered one anyhow. once again I was weak and couldn't help myself

im going to use one of these Kayfun Nano Hybrid Tank on it and that to cap from FT that has the top fill holes :) hopefully I don't have to tap the holes and find screws fro it!!!!

Someone said that the way those top caps work is you just twist the top half to cover the holes. Post pics, OK?

I just checked out FC's Orchid and I think it looks damn good based on the photos :thumb: The deck looks really well machined, and clean, nice long 510 pin for hybrids .. I am digging it! Good luck with this Nelson, I would like to have one now :D

I mainly build with 28ga. I have taken a couple strands of 28 and twisted them for some builds.

Right now I have a couple of tridents, a handful of igo variations, an omega, and a handful of different tanks.

My favorite dripper is probably my most simple one. Its an igo-w drilled out with 2 holes, 1/8" each. Favorite tank I have now is my aerotank mega, but i know that wont be useful for playing around with higher wattage.
