Looks crazy! Gotta give it a go sometime! What gauge wire did you use?

That was 24ga. I'm working with 22 and 22 flat wire from CCI now.

Here's a verticle one in the TOBH.

I would do 24ga Nailz. So far it's the best suited for me. 28ga I use for tanks. Don't get me wrong, I did a 24ga wrap 4/5 in the Taifun macro and wicked with Rayon. That thing hits.

Just ordered 24 from lightning vapes, cheap enough to at least give it a try, been stuck with 28 gauge ever since I started building, so will try something different :)

Yea always used them for my wire, good prices and get it fast.

Think I've stuck with 28, as easy to work with, heard it can be harder with the thicker stuff because of it being stiffer to work with, but I'll give it a try for the $5 it cost for 50feet :D

Actually I find it easier to work with the thicker wire, as it's not as springy and will maintain form better.

Whoever brought up Tarmax, thank you :)

I got some in this week after seeing it being mentioned in here, and not used it on any of mods, but did use it on a silver necklace that had heavy tarnish on it, and it looks like new again now, I had tried silver cleaner on it, and didn't work, so this necklace has been sat away for over a year, but a few minutes with Tarmax and I am wearing it again, as most of mods are black, not sure it will get used for e-cigs, but was worth the money, just for the necklace :D

I'm glad you tried the Tarn-X :) It does wonders for you copper contacts too ;)

Thanks. But I copied Deedupex square coil and made it a round coil. This build in a dripper is crazy. Tons of flavor and vapor. The coils being apart heats up really quick.
I kinda remember old T3 heads having that gap in the middle too. But the guy on the other thread said to give you props, so I did.
I wimped out on the U-turn though. I just did it like Kiwi and left a gap in the middle. I had 15 heads to rebuild, so no way with the U thing. I can't wait to get my real stuff.

I'm just on an Evod right now, but damn, I had forgotten I dropped a little coconut into this mix!

That's so pretty, Nelson. I'm loving the look of those quartz tanks more and more.
It's PMMA, but I like the copper ones with the frosted inserts too.
Those are the Kayfun Quartz kit I believe.
A quartz kit that isn't quartz or even glass but PMMA? Seems to completely defeat the purpose. Or am I missing something?

Yeah, huh? I think they named those particular ones wrong (the copper ones with the frosted insert). But they're still pretty.
They're on my wishlist too, along with the one Nelson you got, which is real glass. I think the copper in the SRX reminded me of them..
I wish FC carried them too. Now I'm gonna have to order from two places again.

I had been wanting to try one of these builds and after seeing yours I decided to have a go at it.
I built a pair of 26 gauge coils wrapped around a .093 rod and mounted them on my 454 Big Block driipper. On my ohm meter they are reading .28 ohms. I am running it on the copper Manhattan clone from FC.
Man, this thing does give off a lot of vapor and flavor as you said.
I am using Unicorn Milk juice by Cuttwood that is 6mg nicotine that I cut about 35% with VG. I can't take but three or four vapes on it at a time as I begin to feel the nicotine.
I don't do a lot of low ohm builds and this thing is nearly too much for me.
Thanks for posting it and giving me the motivation to try it.
