I received two Robbot ZNA 30s today and both are defective

. One of them fires as soon as i attach anything to it and judging by the crazy pop from my dripper i'm guessing it's firing at fulll 30W even though the screen says 10.8W. The second one works okay but the screen is misaligned covering most of the battery indicator and the allen bolt on the body that contacts the positive end of the battery just spins freely. I cannot remove it or fully tighten it down. Also, both battery caps do not fully close with authentic AW 18490 batts.
I was so excited to get home from a long day of work and was crushed when this BS happened. I have a Wotofo ZNA as well and i agree with others that the slimmer body on the Robbot just feels better in the hand. The firing button is a lighter touch, the up/down buttons are more flush, and the 316 SS is very nice. All the more reason i'm so disappointed. I will say though the Wotofo has worked perfectly since day one so i guess i got lucky with that one.
I sent video and pictures to Eleven. Hopefully the replacements are okay.
