Well 3 shops and no smoktech or boge cartos, got kamry x8 atomizer just to get something to use and to compeer with.
Pics of cartos from left to right QQ, KK, kamry. Well QQ and KK have way longer pin part and shorter tube. I will get only QQ cartos as far as they fit both QQ and KK mods
And second pic on left KK with 18500 batteries and right QQ with kamry x8 and 18650

Laylel thank you for your extensive feedback on the QQ and KK ... If I understand correctly, you feel that the base of the QQ cartotank is somehow shorter than the KK tank, which makes the carto sit lower inside of the QQ?

And your English is pardoned :) .. I take it that you are a francophone?
Now with fresh eyes, looks like they just the same for every part except length of the pin.
I'm russian.

Awesome! I am almost as excited as if I bought it myself. Dying to hear feedback on this one, so I will be waiting with bated breathe.

Lol, I have given up on trying to dissipate the "brass hysteria" .. Good sense is lost on many. :p How long ago did you order the Prommy?

Its sitting still in Heathrow according to Track 17 but at least I know its here :D

I've inhaled molten fumes in my times, its like being punched in the lungs hard, them itty bitty bits of coily wire ain't evah gonna do the same lol

Will update on both when get them, promise

Hi guys! I've never ordered from focal before but been following this thread a bit. I'm looking for my first mech mod. My budget can only allow for a clone. Any recommendations?

Nemesis is pretty top of a lot of ppl's list, you really can't go wrong with a Nemmy or the similar Origin, the Tobeco Hammer is a good little mech that's up there now, others will recommend the QQ and KK which are crazy low prices and I can speak from experience you won't go wrong with a K100+/K101+ either which are tough little mech mods with virtually no volt drop and excellent machining.

Just a FYI that Focale have the Tobeco Hammer up there now, I have the version without the extra tubes but still tobeco and is a very good little mod for people wanting a small footprint, pretty hard to kill mech, I'm pulling on mine with some Cherry Bomb in a RG500 and making some big clouds :D

Thanks for the pics and additional info ... I thought you were French because of your location, and the way you type reminds me a French Canadian friend of mine. :)

The X8 looks really nice on the QQ, so that is good pairing ...

Maybe one day as a novelty I will pick up a hammer .. I actually think its cool looking, but I have never been the pipe type though. But who knows, two years ago I had no interest in mechanicals at all ... now look, I'm obsessed.

Actually enjoying a good read by modder Bay City Vapers (BCV XXIX & Surfrider). I've been cheating on ECF with Calivapers forum for a while now

Just curious. How long have y'alls items and such sat int the "Collecting Products Now" stage? I placed my order on 2/20 and I am just curious when I should keep on the lookout to stalk down the mail lady...

Most products take 3 to 7 days to ship as per item listings however, most usually ship within 24 to 72 hours ... What did you order? If its the Taifun GT then be prepared to wait a while as this one is actually on back order.

Don't go looking for the mail lady until at least 7 days after your order ships ..

There is no back order on this one, listing has the usual 3 to 7 days to ships .. It has only been 5 days so technically you are still within the "normal" shipping time frame however, if you do not see an update to the status by tomorrow, shoot them an email and inquire.

sorry if this was discussed, I tried searching through this thread ... but what is the difference between these two Kayfun Lite clones besides price, the logo, and the misc parts like the clear tank or included wick/wire.

I'm curious are there any build quality differences or other minor details like are the airflow holes different sizes? juice channels leading to the deck different?

I noticed the fill screw on the bottom looks recessed on the cheaper version, any other differences?

I received my 2 Marstech QQ mods today. They are nice indeed. I have a couple of "cons" though. 1) Flat top batteries won't fire them. 2) Locking ring won't work (unless there is some kind of modification involved?). Can anyone that has purchased it confirms the above, or it is just me doing something wrong?

Well right off the bat I can tell you that they are made by different manufacturers ... The 2nd one has been on Focalecig the longest, while the first was recently added. I can't speak to first hand experience on either of these in particular. I do know from NiNi that the Marstech Kayfun works very well, but I haven't heard anyone speak of these two in particular yet within this thread.

The cheaper Kayfun has been available at other vendors, and the majority of the customer feedback for it has been positive. However, I know that a handful of customers received a device without a fill screw in it (which is a QC issue), but that was with one vendor in particular, and that vendor WAS NOT Focalecig ... other than that, the device has been reviewed to perform very well, and comparable to the other good Kayfun Lite clones on the market. I for one am also interested in this device, but again, I cannot speak from direct personal experience, only from "research" on it.

It is fairly new to Focalecig, so I am sure it will be a week or two before anyone can chime in about their order, and experience with it from Focalecig.

Input appreciated. I did skip all the way back from here to page 62 reading about the person with 3 Marstech kayfuns and grayscale mentioning the cheaper KFL having bad quality issues but seemed like an isolated problem. I think I'm going to get the cheaper one and cross my fingers. I don't own any kayfun RTAs so I couldn't properly compare it to other clones but I'll post some pics and tell all about it when I get one.

thanks again

Hmm .. as far as the fire button, you are the 2nd person to say this ... My locking ring worked just fine, very smooth and easy, and member Genghis said the same. However, Crankybittch also said that her locking right didn't work.

Do you mean that that the locking ring will not turn?? Or that it turns but does not lock the switch?? ... I know that it takes a full 8 turns to lock the QQ. As far as battery are concerned, I only used one flat top with the QQ (18650) and it worked fine. I have button tops on my 350 & 500 batteries. Being that its telescoping, it shouldn't have any problem adjusting to meet the battery, especially in 500 and 650 modes ... are you having trouble in 350 mode?

You are welcome .. I think it will turn out well, with the exception of those few cases I mention, 90% of the feedback I have seen was positive. Please let us know how it goes, and if some money falls off a tree any time soon, maybe we can compare notes. :p

Can't help you out on this, waiting for the Svoe Mesto "logo-ed" one myself, still "processing" and I don't have the other...(I do have the Marstech Kayfun Lite Style Rebuildable Electronic Cigarette Atomizer - Silver SKU 13053, and a Tobeco KFL, they all work great!)

Neither look like they have the air vent screw to adjust draw. The first one has the clear tube insert and the 2nd one doesn't seem to, according to the pics. That could be a plus if you want to see you liquid level. Both don't have the x-tra screws, what's with that? The 2nd one has extra o-rings.
