I forget who asked, but the orchid v4 is back in stock in the US warehouse, but says only a stock, so won't last long ;)

That was me. I just ordered one with it showing 14 in stock, went back to the item page and its down to 11! Thanks for the heads up sir!

I think the sepia tone pic is great :)

I don't have my test results yet, but have been reading. I'm seeing that the diabetes mellitis associated with chronic pancreatitis is difficult to treat. I'm worried.

Ugh! Waiting on test results, try not to let it worry you, I know that's easy to say. I've been told four times "it looks like cancer" only to get negative results, yeah I was scared to death. The last time I went in to have a biopsy taken from my left lung, they did a ct scan and started prepping me for the procedure, I broke down and was a mess. Five minuets later the nurse came in and whispered to me, "Don't worry, the ct scan showed the growth has shrunk a little so it can't be cancer. The doctor will be in a few minutes to talk to you, please don't tell them I told you because I could get in a lot of trouble. I know your very upset and I thought you needed to know."

I did the same as you, looking on the internet to see what I could find, I didn't do myself any favors because all it did was make me worry more. I ripped my doctor for telling me I had cancer before any test were done and how worried I had been. He apologized and actually confessed that the malpractice insurance companies want them to give patient's the worse case scenario as soon as they suspect a problem, that way if the tests come back positive then they already told you. Rather then not and tell you it's something else, you get results for something much worse and you could hold them liable for a misdiagnoses. Seems like they could just tell you it may be X, Y or Z and Z isn't good, I guess they leave it up to us to ask the questions. After going through that crap over and over and having a doctor tell me that, I don't get upset anymore, what ever it is, it is, I'll wait until I get tests before I worry.

I've had pancreatitis for 9.5 years now. A gallstone got into the pancreatic duct and started this mess. I lost exocrine function 7 years ago. I'm probably lucky I made it this far without diabetes. So I have done quite a bit of reading over the last 9.5 years. I don't like surprises. I like to try to be prepared, lol! And I like having the facts or my imagination runs wild.

Well I'm praying you get some good news from the tests. :)

I think its an artistic pic and I'm an artist.

Im trying to keep a positive outlook. I've come this far with a horrible disease. Basically one of those things where your whole life changes in a day...yeah, like that. I've worked hard to dig myself out of the depression that comes with something like that. I'm not going to let myself go down that dark path again. It is what it is :)

I remember looking at that before now that I've looked again. Everything looked fine with the design other than the combined chamber and chimney. I've found with the Fogger V4 that it was too easy for the wick tails to be moved when I put on the chamber. Being able to use tweezers through the top of the chamber to put the wick where it belonged was the only way to keep it from leaking. I'd be worried that the same thing would happen and with the combined chimney and chamber I couldn't fix it.

My fogger V4 never has the leaking and fussing that the Kayfuns do, just a little in the channels and it screws right on. A very little, I cut the wick at a terrible slant and just poke the tips in the channel. I don't think I want the billow though, too many holes like the Kayfun.

There's a newbie in the Rebuildable Atomizer area who just bought an Orchid. Can any of you help? She's clueless. B&M built it and its dry hitting. She has no supplies yet to rewick. But, if someone can offer her some guidance on wicking, that would be great :)

I have not yet gotten an Orchid or Fogger, so I'm no help.
