Just testing them and their shipping. Strange they send EGO's with ePacket and they made it.

Plus another 1 from FT, 1 from classies, and an order of k-cups (gots to have my coffee)

That only leaves 2 orders, both from China, and tracking still says that is where they are. Hope they at least get out of the country before they go on holiday the end of the week. I am trying NOT to order anything else for at least another month or so, got to give my CC a rest, it has been working too hard as of late.

Glad you finally got your stuff Burnie ... that was a pretty long wait, I wonder if it took longer because it had batteries in it, so perhaps it did not clear customs as fast?? Anyhoo, today was a good day for you!

I want to order something, but still undecided on what ... I need a 23mm Mod for my Fogger V3. Also, many of the options are of course in China and they are about to go on holiday so I am thinking it's probably best to wait until after the Holiday to order again. Although we still have 3 days before China shuts down, I doubt my order would hit an airplane before the 25th.... I really need DIY supplies more anyways, but shopping for that stuff is not really fun. :p

Well after 14+ orders with FT, I always got what I ordered, might be cheap, but I got the right items.

First (and most likely Only) order with FC, they screwed it up. I only ordered 3 different items, (pair of VV EGOS, CE4, Disposable E-Cig), and they sent the WRONG EGO BATTERIES. I emailed them, but I'm sure they will want me to return them, 2 to 3 weeks to them, then as much back to me, so almost 2 months, and it will cost more than they are worth. I mailed a Fogger V2 to a friend in GB and it was almost $10, so I am sure to China it will be as much or more for a pair of batteries that are $16. Here is what I just emailed sales.

After a 24 day wait, You sent the wrong batteries. I ordered

I got 2 of these (black/silver)

Notice Voltage NOT Adjustable. Also the black one you have to look at an angle to see what is on the screen.

This was my first order and a test of your site, not really looking good at the moment.

Not expecting an answer, and if I do get one I am sure it will not be anything I am interested in.

Aww that sucks ... Well, lets see what they do to remedy the situation, I mean a good company will do the right thing and try to fix it with the least amount of stress to the customer. I don't judge people or vendors so much by the mistakes they make, but rather what they do once a mistake has been made.

Be sure to report back and let us know how "the solution" works outs ... I think Doris will do right by you, but I get it, it sucks to wait that long and still not receive what you ordered. :(

Ok, I gave them the links to what I ordered, and what I got, so I will humor them and send them a picture of what I got. Emailed picture of the wrong EGO's at 9:19 PM. Not sure if I will be up for another reply tonight. But I will say this, there reply to my email was prompt, not days, just a couple of hours, I will give them a thumbs up for that at least.

in many cases FT asks for pics too the only real advantage here is their return center is in Miami.

but that still sucks.

Yeah, with my most recent FT order they sent me useless 510 to Ego adapters, a broken battery case, and a ill sized 18500 Mod tube, and I had to upload pictures of everything with my support ticket. They worked it out and refunded me for the damaged, ill fitted goods, and I am sure that Focalecig will do the same.... that is what matters most in the end, that the vendor fixes whatever the problem is.

We apologize for the problem. Would you like to be refunded or reshipped?
But you know, the Spring Festival is upcoming. Many products are sold out. If you choose the latter choice, we will further confirm with you after our supplier contact us within few hours. (We will try our best to resend you before the logistic company close).
No bother about resend issue, you can ship to our American warehouse address in CA. (we will take charge of shipping fee).
(My Real Name), we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your trial on Focalecig, but some problems may happen due to order quantity, we are not try to find any excuse about it, but we hope you understand we cherish every customer.

The EGO's I got are not useless to me, as I give them to new vapors all the time, which is why I order them, so I can still use them as gifts to others. I was just not happy Not getting what I ordered. I understand you are a new vender, but getting orders correct is a Very Important part of doing business, and if I didn't tell you, you would not know. Ok, you paid shipping to send me the wrong EGO's, I send them back, Cost you more Shipping, you send me the right ones, Cost you more Shipping. Ok I don't know what you pay for shipping but we are talking about a $16 item, not worth you loosing money over. I'll keep them and just give them to new vapors down the road. Please use this as a learning experience and get your people to make sure to ship the correct items, as correcting mistakes cost money, and makes people not want to order again because they are upset, which cost you money, see where I am going here. Will I order again? Don't know, have to think about it. Still don't like everything says ships in 3 to 7 days, stuff you have in stock should say so. Hope you have a wonderful day and a Happy New Year.

Well it is good to know that Focalecig makes returning items when necessary very easy ... I like that. And I also like that you Burnie, were willing to keep the Ego batteries as potential gifts to new vapers, I think that is really cool of you.

Thanks for letting us in on the details of how your transaction got resolved with Focalecig, this kind of information is very helpful to potential customers. When people know that they will get a response, and a amicable resolution to any problem that may arise, it is reassuring ... And ya see, something good came of something less than desirable. :)

they actually sell egos with a lcd that aren't vari? I have never seen that before. The only lcd egos Ive ever seen were all the ones that volts change by clicking button. You know the red, blue, purple.

Oh yeah, there is every kind of Ego battery out there ... and the LCD Ego that only tells you how much charge is left to your battery, came before the LCD Ego that is VV.

I guess Im out of touch. I cant stand the egos with the 3 choice vari. I won a few of them but they seem weaker then the 4.2 they are suppose to put out. I love my spinner tho.

I never actually owned one of those ... I was a Ego-T 1100mah stainless steel passthrough kind of girl. I do have a Ego Twist VV, but it is being severely neglected at the moment.

You know Danimal40, there is something wrong with us still being awake and on this forum at 3am. :blink: ... New York is a snowy winter wonderland right now, so I don't have to get up in the morning , or shall I say later today :p

Don't work too hard, or spend too much money on the internet D40. ;-)

So all of my items arrived yday from Focal. Everything came as ordered and in a much shorter time than I anticipated. This was my first order and I was for the most part satisfied. There is a bit of a language barrier between us and cust. service, but I'd think that is to be expected. Despite that, the cust. service rep was always responsive and in a timely fashion. I'll be looking at their catalog again when their holidays conclude.
