Give up on using mesh wick on my TGT. Manage to oxidize one and when i fire it, damn that taste..Something which i didnt taste for quite sometime ever since i change to a ProTank II running on ekowool or cottonwool.

Rebuilt it using cottonwool for now. Probably gonna look at hemp fibre. My colleague offering his help to do some ceramic wicks for me thou.

So sorry that you couldn`t make it happen with the ss mesh ... some people feel like they get a metallic taste from mesh. I only get a bad taste if I am having problems with proper wicking, which I haven`t had with the Taifun GT.

The version of the Squape with the plastic tank that fasttech sells isn't Hcigar but it's the same as the Hcigar version - in other words, Hcigar don't manufacture their own copy.
I've heard the Ehpro has a glass tank but it's too thick so juice can't get past the chimney when it's filled!

Twisted maybe a relatively new vaper but he knows what he's talking about, in my experience he hasn't been wrong about anything so far.

So.....the SvoeMesto labeled Kayfun Lite from Focal may have "issues"? Will be watching for that when my order arrives, ordered 3 (ok, they were cheap and it's easy to spot quality control when you have 3 of those buggers!) The Marstech labeled KFL (yep, 3 of those puppies too) are working as flawlessly as my Tobeco KFL.....which is weird because after I got it, I checked out the Authentic Kayfun thread and it seems the original has some "problems"(shipping, airflow, insulator, blah, blah, blah)
Just running simple micro coils with cotton, had one instance of "user error" (always put them back together piece by piece to avoid miss-threading).

Ducking the tomatoes, but I did order 3 unmarked KFL+'s from e5cig, I know, pulled a Benedict Arnold. For all means and purposes, it looks exactly like the Tobeco KFL+ and includes the same amount of extras: screws, hex bolt, hex wrench, wicks (I throw them away anyway)o-rings, screw driver, Allen wrench, and the same box. $15 and some change. Compare to $39-49 + shipping for Tobeco. I'll see how well they compare.

The biggest issue I see over and over with the original is the insulator between the deck and posts moves out from underneath the posts, haven't had anything like that happen with either the Tobeco or Marstech KFL's.

If all goes well, I should have enough KFL's to hold all my favorite juices, LOL!

Thanks for the responses! As soon as i left work I did in fact get an email! They got it straightened out immediately! I am super happy with them so far. I'll probably be getting more stuff from them after this.

Awesome! Glad you were able to get it worked out before your package ended up God know where! :p

So jealous NiNi ... can you hear me crying?? ... Well, I did notice Grayscale's comment about the SM marked Kayfun Lite, and I hope that what he said is based on direct experience. What I can tell you is that I read approx 8 positive reviews for this particular device ... maybe Grayscale got a janky one?? It does happen there are some sour apples in every bunch. But I was encouraged by the other customer feedback that I saw for this device.

I doubt that there is a chance that different manufacturers are involved in this one because it is a rather "unique" Kayfun lite ... I almost bought it from another vendor back during Xmas, but there weren't any reviews at that time, so I didn't pull the trigger.

Now NiNi ... do you buy everything in three's? Doris must love it when she see's your name and address!

<---semi hoarder in 3's, if the price is right or it's something that might go out of production
Found a brand called Bearpaw a few years back, same styling, material, and fit as Uggs, but 1/3 the price.....couldn't see wearing $150-200 Uggs out in the chicken pen or mucking out stalls. One pair, will last me a year before they show wear, I bought 4 pair, JUST IN CASE!
Seriously, when I lived in the city, I was a Zodiac boot gal, had my spiked heels, the whole nine yards. Now I'd rather spend more money on horse gear or exotic animals than high end clothing and shoes. *there's no place to wear them* Maybe the cattle auction?!?!

*that's vintage Zodiac, 70-80's :2cool:

Not a bad thing thou.

When i started with SS Mesh back then on a top feed RBA, it was great(Especially so when i venture into it from a carto point of view). After i switch to ekowool and then cottonwool, i notice that this 2 gives me better flavour.

Now i'm looking to go into ceramic wicks and hemp fibre..

My replacement tank arrived for my KK today. I don't care for the looks of it on the KK due to the diameter difference. However, on my MVP, I love it!

Might need to page Burnie if my pic is goofed up again but, here goes nothing.

Edit...I try to post and it turns my pic. I turn it and repost, it leaves it that way.

I love the kayfuns too!!! But I don't get the vapor on them like I prefer no matter what I do. I probably need to venture over to a kayfun thread and read up if there is something I am missing but my ADD kicks in about halfway through the first page ;). I get lost in big threads like that if I was not in the from the beginning. I have one lite and two lite plus. Love them for the taste though. I can put the same coil set up on a dripper and clouds but in the kayfun....not so much. Taste is awesome though. I might just pull the trigger on the FC squape and let you guys know how it does. Have I mentioned lately I want a squape.

That would be awesome! At least we could get some questions answered, and if for some reason there is something faulty with it, you know Doris would take care of it, and not leave you hanging.

That looks so freaking cute! Like they were made for each other actually! .. I think its crazy how it looks better with another device... Now we just need Burnie to come and straighten out the picture.

To each his own my friend ... We still appreciate your input on the variants of the Squape clone, all of which is duly noted. :)

Ok how long does it take to get from China to US?
What countries does it go through to get here?
Over 5 days? Just curious due to a bunch of people here stating that they got their stuff in under 10 days.

Don't do the whole, oh China post is backed up due to orders. I don't think so, out of the millions of packages that come out of that country, vape stuff is less than 1% I am sure.

Depends on how they send it. E packets seem to be the quickest but I don't believe those can be used for batteries.

My last shipment took 14 days exactly. 3 of those days it hung out in Chicago. I think Nikki had one that took 9 days.

I would definitely expect it to be more than 5 days.

I used epacket. No batts.
Did you start the 14 days when focal shipped it?
I so I've got another week because they shipped mine on the 13th.
Actually what I was asking is that does it take over 5 days to ship from china to the US, not to my house?
thanks for the info.
