X-mas is coming for sure. I have $150 in DYI supplies on way, have to think where to start all that stuff too. The idea just scares me. All that nicotine stuff around a kids... But my local juice supplier ... looks like hi got overrun, hi does great e-juices+ delivery home from 2 bottles within 5 hr, cant rich him for last week, so i summed, well, better get it all in my hands. I found i'm really sensitive to pg and hi is switching to 60/40 pg/vg... bla-bla... I come to the point - just do it and save some extra cash for shiniesWow Laylel, sounds like Christmas at your house!... The Private V2 is known for being a hard hitter. The downside of aluminum is that its a softer metal, damages easier, but the upside is that it is a very good electrical conductor, better than brass ... The Prometheus sounds like a beast! ... Genesis style atomizers are probably the most challenging to build, if you are going to use ss mesh there are a few variables that need to be handled properly so that your build goes well. I don't have a Prommy, but I do have a couple of Genesis styles and I am good with rebuilding them, so if you have questions, feel free to ask ... Don't be afraid to start with a cotton build just to give your self some space to learn the in's and out's of this device .. less risk of blowing yourself up with cotton ;-)

I also have 2 orders coming from FT what including VV/VW + tons of shinnies (drip tips), that's why, big part, i didn't touch rba, i simple do not have Ohm metr, waiting on mod, so i can use it like Ohm metr (i cant pay 18+tax in local store for Ohm metr, i will wait better)

I'm in love, i had to mess a bit to adjust a button, so its not loose and has good connection when fire button being pushed. Lock ring works great. The only one problem, I need to get right size of the batteries so i don't have little gap on body. I'll like to see on web of FC recommendation for what batteries to use for mode to get best result + what can go with kick, that's will be such great help to noobs like me. (I'm so clever, went to FT get batteries for this mod, aha, i guess i need flat top, place the order 4 days ago, did look today, ta-da... they with a button, where i was looking...)

Oh, sadly mesh, wire and wick are not marked. I can deal with wick, but being absolute new to RBA i have nothing to compare with and simple don't know size of mesh and wire. As far as I'm going 100% vg i need 325 mesh (well according to my research), but what i have here...? Will be nice if this info will be provided. Mesh has pretty not accurate cut, so handle it with care if don't wanna get feeling - i did grab hedgehog (and yes i did it)

They are the same. All about a look.
Just batteries load is different, one from top batteries tube other from bottom.
Also, when i got them carto was switch. One what marked as QQ was in KK mod, and KK carto in QQ.
I didn't own any vivi nova tanks (its on way now) will try guts from that tank for QQ and KK (as was told in this thread) and if its does work i will give them green light for other colors, really like look of them.
Kick is flying free in tube, so i kinda tipped it on side -made sure kick's contacts touching tube and quickly closed it, it works))).
Oh, other small cons. Side button is not solid SS (as well as ridges on shield of QQ tank), it does gets worn out and looks like copper is there, not brass color. But im fine with it

... you wanna adopt me? I actually DIY my eliquid as well, so if you any help with that too, just ask. Definitely keep the nicotine base away from the kiddies, in a nice safe place . Here is a link to an e juice calculator that you can use for your recipes ... just input the #'s and it will tell you how much of each component (nic, plain base, flavor) to add for the desired amount you wish to make. It is best to start with small batches @3-5ml so you can get a feel for how much flavor % you like. If you mess up a small batch, no biggie ... also start your flavor % low at say 10%, and then work up or down from there ... I like most flavors at 20%, but some I go as low as 5% for strong flavors like coffee.

And yeah, good idea to wait until you have an ohm/resistance meter before you start building ... and always test fire new builds on the protected VV/VW first, before you fire it on a mechanical mod.

The mesh is 400, and the wire is the nichrome equivalent of 32 gauge Kanthal A1 ... My Kraken is made by the same company as your Prometheus and the parts package is the same.
I also use high VG juice (like you PG sensitive), and I have no problems with 400 mesh, so I think you will be ok. Laylel your pics are perfect, thank you! The Prometheus looks so good one the QQ mech, very nice set up!
