Awesome! You have certainly waited long enough, and now I have a very good reason to have a vested interest in your feedback when you finally have it in hand.

NiNi NiNi NiNi ... guess what I got today? ...... wait for it ...

*whispers* a kayfun 3.1 ........ :rickroll: ... Oh my Kayfun Queen I am so in love right now!! Its so pretty and perfect and wonderful!! :D

And whoever said that Kayfun's were more for flavor, and not vapor production ... chile, I don't know what they're talking about! I am vaping a 1.3 micro and cotton build at a measly 3volts and the clouds are IMPRESSIVE to say the least! I was like dayum, I wasn't expecting that! ... only been vaping it for 20 minutes, but so far, so very very good!

And yeah, I totally jacked your "whisper trick"

Seriously, sista, it's da BOMB!:headbang:

They are the same. All about a look.
Just batteries load is different, one from top batteries tube other from bottom.
Also, when i got them carto was switch. One what marked as QQ was in KK mod, and KK carto in QQ.

I didn't own any vivi nova tanks (its on way now) will try guts from that tank for QQ and KK (as was told in this thread) and if its does work i will give them green light for other colors, really like look of them.

Kick is flying free in tube, so i kinda tipped it on side -made sure kick's contacts touching tube and quickly closed it, it works))).

Oh, other small cons. Side button is not solid SS (as well as ridges on shield of QQ tank), it does gets worn out and looks like copper is there, not brass color. But im fine with it

Thanks! I am wondering how these hit compared to the k100. The k100 hits surprisingly well for the money. I like the look of the QQ or KK so was just curious.

Sorry, I'm not about to read all 60 pages of this thread. Can anyone tell me (short version) about Focalecig? Good pricing? Fast shipping? Reason I'm asking is 'cuz I'm never buying from "SloTech" anymore. Takes too damn long.

Focalecig is a fairly new company, still growing, but with a good selection of items at a competitive price ... and they consistently run good promotions, and group buys, in fact there is a group buy promotion running right now on a 3 tube Caravela set, Aerotank clone called Zerotank (stainless steel), and the Protank 3.

Shipping takes 10-15 days on average however, there are certain products, depending on demand and supply that you may have to wait longer for, but this is the exception, not the norm.

For whatever you may be interested in, its a good idea to come in and ask if anyone knows has experience on that particular item, and someone in here may have some feedback for you.

$150 in DIY supplies  ... you wanna adopt me? I actually DIY my eliquid as well, so if you any help with that too, just ask. Definitely keep the nicotine base away from the kiddies, in a nice safe place .

Here is a link to an e juice calculator that you can use for your recipes ... just input the #'s and it will tell you how much of each component (nic, plain base, flavor) to add for the desired amount you wish to make. It is best to start with small batches @3-5ml so you can get a feel for how much flavor % you like. If you mess up a small batch, no biggie ... also start your flavor % low at say 10%, and then work up or down from there ... I like most flavors at 20%, but some I go as low as 5% for strong flavors like coffee.

And yeah, good idea to wait until you have an ohm/resistance meter before you start building ... and always test fire new builds on the protected VV/VW first, before you fire it on a mechanical mod. :)

Thank you so for all your support, i'm sure i will be asking non stop when time comes. I'm starting to think i just loaded to many new things at once... i have a total mess in my head what is about what and how that works better. Just will kill it one at the time, in order of incoming mail.

Oh you are welcome my dear ... Yeah, you have an acute case of shinyitis, it has happened to all of us  ... just like you said, pick one project at a time and focus on that first. When you get that down, then move on to the next thing ... the good news is the internet is open 24 hours a day, so take your time hun! :)

Defective Squape

Yet another defective Fast Tech product... Surprise, surprise...

1.6 Ohm resistance between Center Pin and Positive Terminal which has to be near 0.0 Ohm

See for your self:

Also
Fasttech Kayfun 3.1 and Taifun GT are full of surprises.
Finally, I had my two defective Kayfun’s 3.1 replaced by FT. The original order was placed on Dec. 20/2013. Today is March 5/2014 and I received my replacements today. The reason I had them replaced because they were shorting right in the 510 connection of it. See Picture.

I thought the replacements would be better? Wrong. They are worse. Both have the same shorting problem, but this time I figured out why: The center screw that serves as a positive connector fits in the insulator very loosely, thus allows for access play causing the head of the screw touch the side wall and create “Short Circuit”. I pulled a little tiny plastic tubing over the screw and that fixed the problem.
Not to mention that both units were very dirty. I even found a few metal shavings inside left from when they were machined. In one of them, the deck’s positive terminal was loosely swinging back and forth touching the negative terminal. Trying to tighten the center pin didn’t help because the metal wall of the deck on one of them was thinner than the other. And the tube of the plastic insulator protruded too far inside the deck not allowing to tighten the positive terminal firmly. I had to file that tube down to make it work. I don’t know if you can see that on my picture, but the top tube of the chimney is expended for some reason (again, only on one of the units) and that tube does not fit in the O-ring of the top cap, and of course, the O-ring was missing, because there is no way you could put it together without damaging the O-ring. I had to fix that problem too by sanding the chimney and finding an O-ring. I’m not going to have these Kayfuns replaced by FT because there is no use in it.

I don’t know who the manufacturer of this product is. I know it NOT EHPRO because I have one from them and it is way better made with no logo though, but with the bottom Fill Screw. I know it is NOT HCIGAR because I have one of those too and they are much better quality clones 1:1. I hope it is NOT ToBeCo, because I own other products of ToBeCo and no complaints.
Does anyone know who makes Fast Tech KayFun 3.1? The worst Kayfun I have ever seen.
I also had a Fast Tech Taifun GT replaced because the one I originally received had no threads under one of the Terminal screws. That’s right: Not Stripped threads – NO threads. Just a hole in which the screw was inserted all the way and would fall out if you flip it upside down. I posted Product Review on it but Fast Tech didn’t publish it. My replacement didn’t have that problem, but it had another: The collapsible chimney would not collapse. It is so snug that I’m afraid to brake it if I fours it too much. And by too much – I mean: put it on the floor and step on it or squeeze it in a vise. Everything else I already tried – no use. I built it anyway with SS Mash wick and 0.01X0.08 Flat Kanthal ribbon to 0.7 Ohms, put it on Chi You and I love it! Hard to work without being able to collapse the chimney though… But for $19.95 and Free Shipping – I’m going to keep it.
